20 minute wait for about 15 people being served. Should not take 6 people 20 minutes to serve 15 people not too mention the only... thing that was hot was the nuggets. The fries were soft and cold not even fully cooked. What a waste of my whole lunch. Read more

The thing about McDonald's is global consistency in the food, cleanliness, and service. And then there's this poor store.... Service is surprisingly terrible. Orders always take 2 to 3 times longer to fill. And check your order carefully before leavingthe counter -- they're rarely correct on the first try. Read more

Worst McDonald's experience I have ever had. My fries were cold and replaced with soggy, refried fries, the soda was sort of... flat, my apple pie said to "enjoy by 11am", at 2pm and to top it off I found a long black hair in fish sandwich. I saw anothercustomer returning their chicken sandwich as I was getting ready to leave so this seems like a normal experience here so I willavoid in the future. Read more
