Readers, Tell your friends in the area: No bakery service after 6 pm. No customer service either. They go home. Store closes at... 9 pm. I wanted a cake for a Birthday for today evening. Walked in at 6:40 pm.The cake was behind the glass in bakery. Since nocustomer service at Roche I went to the "front associates" 3 young people chatting away. I asked for bakery service. They saidthey did not have anybody. I asked if anybody could help me? Guy asks me 2x You want someone at bakery?? Now? They went home at6. I ask again, they say they would page someone. A guy comes after a while to bakery I point at a cake I wanted. He says. Oh Ido not know how to give it to you . And I do not know anything about any box to put it in. I go back to chatting people, tellabout the clueless person they sent to me. I ask : any other idea? Guy does not even say anything just stares at me. Theothers smirk. .. so I am a local doctor and have been a customer since Roche opened. Quality, customer service, all had gonedownhill. Really bad in last year. The store us empty, and it is clear why. I will warn all my local friends, acquaintances. Wewill switch. Read more

I placed an order online for pickup and didn?t notice until almost pickup time that I had accidentally placed the order at the... wrong location almost an hour away. I could only do a pickup order because my household has Covid. I cancelled the order andthen placed another online order with the Acton store but couldn?t get a pickup time until the next morning. I called the storefiguring it was a longshot to ask if there was any way possible that they would have the order ready tonight but figured I wouldtry. They were very understanding of my situation and had my groceries ready for pickup within the hour! I know many placeshave been short staffed so I appreciate the accommodation and effort they put in to help my family. I shop often at thislocation and will definitely continue to do so. Read more
This is my usual market. Good selection of quality goods. Through the COVID pandemic, their delivery service was great and got... us through a lot of difficult spots... That's why I am so DISAPPOINTED to find that they have eliminate their own deliverydrivers in favor of a third-party gig delivery service. The abandon the people who took the risks to keep you in business duringthe pandemic is really cold. The gig service they use now is far more inconsistent in quality of service. Reconsider! Read more
Great place. Friendly staff. Nicely laid out. Good selection. They aren't the cheapest, but their prices are really reasonable.... They always have lots of bargains too that don't require coupons, which I appreciate. I think they are a great grocery. Read more
Very upscale, great selection of unique and fresh items. Best sushi I've ever had from a supermarket. A bit more expensive... than some other supermarkets, but the quality and service is better too so I still like to go here. Read more
I've been in this store a few times as its is about a mile from my work. I'm usually just buying something for lunch and desk... snacks. I've has the sushi on my last two visits and I must say it is way better than average! Each time there was a differentsushi chef and each time I grabbed a packaged roll from the display case, they were both quite good. Next time I think I willorder a roll. Good store with variety of fresh produce, bakery, deli, wine and many more. Very neatly organized. Little bit pricey.
