Waited 40 minutes for an in-cafe order, never got my drink and everyone who ordered after got their drink first before mine and... the staff aren't super efficient. There were about 5-6 complaints from other customers about their order being wrong or missingitems from their order. Some people even leaving with only half their order because of how long they were taking. On top on thelong wait times there wasn't even a drive thru like it says on google maps. Read more

ordered a venti, and i haven?t even taken a sip, and you can see in the picture how little of the drink they actually gave me... (just barely above that third line!). i?ve been going to this location since it opened and it?s been a steady decline inquality. the staff are always friendly and trying their best to deal with the crowds; i don?t blame them. unfortunately thismeans the orders are often wrong (like mine in the pic was supposed to have no whip cream) and the wait time is long. thelocation is near the public schools and a major highway and constantly gets swamped so either order ahead (if they have itturned on), or be prepared to wait. avoid the afternoons during the school year when the high school lets out or you?ll be therefor more than 30 minutes, especially in the spring and early summer.
