Disappointed in that it was my first visit after receiving a special from subway via email but staff refused it. Then i tried to... use a paper coupon for a foot long: staff pointed me to a specific list of sandwiches that they'd allow under any coupon. Itfelt like a Rubik's Cube session. The choices allowed would not interest many. In any case, these are family businesses, i wishthem well, but somehow cut the uncertainty between what corporate offers and what franchises accept, especially that at theMaynard location it is a whole different welcoming attitude.
