Today I was annoyed at having to wait a very long time for some apple pies but I've gotten over it. Why does it seem like an... extreme length of time until you get home and realize it was only 35 minutes of your day? Those poor kids were run ragged inthere trying to serve more people than they could handle. They were polite and helpful, they just couldn't keep up and it's nota problem, it really isn't. We get used to getting things fast and on demand, then when we don't get what we expect we aredisappointed. My 35 minutes is not more important than the staff working hard at McDonald's and I apologize for thinking that itwas. We just need more take-out options in Acton so that our McDonald's has a better chance at handling the peak times. In theend, the pies were fresh and hot and worth waiting for. Read more
I ordered junior chicken. The chicken taste fresh but the bread was very soggy. The soggiest bread that was served to me ever.... The manager at the front counter was great but I saw the staff at the back just fooling around each other. No wonder the qualityof food was compromised. Read more

Thank you for the great job of cleaning my car, oh wait! my son cleaned it for me! We aproched the manager; and told them what... happened. That the hot coffee was over filled, and the lid was not properly secured on the cup. The incident can be reviewed onthe camera. I was given the owners number, to which he has not acknowledged nor returned any of my phone calls. It has been overfour weeks, and no apology or resolution has been given. Read more
Just terrible service. Waited 5 minutes just to place an order. The worker who took my order was not very friendly. When I... entered it was not safe it was crowded and they had mopped but there was no visible sign out someone almost fell. People orderedafter me and got there food first. After all the renovations I was hopeful for this location. I ordered my families last meal here tonight. Never again. My iced... coffee was dark and no ice. Tasted bitter and had to fix it when I got home. Not worth the $1. Food was sloppy and stalefries. Just gross. The new Guelph location on Watson is the place to go from now on when we eat out. Got there at 10:58, we were the only car and sat there till 11:01. Ordered McGriddle and the lady says we don't serve them after... 11, then she asks if we want extra hashbrowns, get to the window she says we only have one hashbrown, do you want fries instead.Ordered a coffee with 2 cream one sugar. There is no sugar in my coffee. Needles to say I won't be visiting this place again. Read more
