Awhile ago I went into subway with my family to get lunch and had the most uncomfortable experience. there were 3 staff and what... seemed to be the owner. The owner was extremely rude while taking our orders and kept barking orders at her team to go fasterand to clean things. Keep in mind this is lunch rush where things sometimes get a little messy and they were all going a greatspeed from where I was standing. It looked like she had no respect for her staff and hope things change in the future for heremployees. Read more
Very delicious ordered there new loaded rice bowls for $10.00 the service was good the person that made us our food was friendly... and understanding the place looked clean and updated no complaints of our order. Read more
I am more disappointed in your trainer today than i am in the young man trying his best to learn. She let him drown and did... nothing to improve the customer experience. She bypassed us and helped the next customer and "showed off" making 5 completemeals and never assisted with our first. We left when it became clear that at best our food would be cold and more likely wewould spend more than the 15 minutes we already had and still leave without complete meals. We arrived during an off peak timeand if the foot traffic was too busy for this employee she should have directed him to assist in other ways such as filling theempty station. She could not give the other employee the time of day or her complete attention when he earnestly asked forassistance. I came in for an easy quick meal and left hungry. She had the audacity to wish me a good day after ruining it. Iwon't be returning to this location. Read more
Always excellent! anytime I go here, they always remember my order. Sometimes I don't even need to say my order they already... know it lol. The subs are always fresh and the people who work there, are super nice! +5 stars! Read more
The two gentlemen that just made my order were great, very friendly conversation, and helpful. I am not usually a subway fan,... but this location has helped change my mind, at least for coming back to this one location. I just had the best experience ever at a subway. First off, all three employees were very pleasant, polite and nice. We were... offered recommendations by the employee and was even offered a sample of sauce to try off a cucumber. Sounds silly but it was anabove and beyond experience. Plus the food was deliciously made! Thank you!!! They were all so young too. Made me happy. Read more
I am so dissapointed with my sub today. Used the coupon with my coworkers. I got a stale bread which after toasting, the bottom... got hard as a rock. It was so hard to eat. And I had no time to come back to complaint. We did not have complaints before butthis time is too dissapointing. Read more
