Terrible staff, terrible service. Rallis Burger & Grill across the street can make a full meal faster than you can get a... single coffee out of this place and that is a fact. But it is the passive aggressive behavior that made me write this review asthe staff treats you like cattle, after putting up with it for years I decided as of today to take my business elsewhere, Thisis a small community and I think we deserve a coffee shop with a wonderful service and proper seating outside. worst location. I found bagels stored at the back but when I asked, person working there said they stop selling all baked items... after 7:30 PM The choice is only whatever kept at front counter and only tim bits in it. Read more
Worst staff ever. They say they open at 4 a.m. but when you arrive at 4:10 am they wont answer the drive through and ignore you... when you try to get their attention. Then when you try to enter the store you see senior citizens waiting in their car sayingthe staff refuse to open untill 5 am. doors are locked. They should change the web site if they are going to treat use this wayas they advertise that they open at 4 a.m. When I finally got a coffee at 4:45 am it was only 3/4 full. Never going back. This place is a disaster. We stopped to pick up a take 12 for our day at the park. When we arrived at our location and everyone... ready to enjoy a nice morning coffee we found they did not pack any cream or milk!! When we called them back to complain theysaid?well we gave you the sugar lol?Had to send guests back to go get it and they only gave us cream no milk and would not evengive us fresh hot coffee to replace the cold coffee from 2 hours ago!! What kind of people work here?? All Tim Hortons havebecome terrible with there service and quality. You never know what your going to get or how there going to screw up yourorder. Only McDonald?s coffee from now on!!! Don?t support bad service.when we called to speak to the owner to make sure theyknow why kind of service there store is giving loyal dedicated customers who pay there bills they hung up on us. They had everyopportunity to make things right and win back loyal business and dropped The ball. Why do they spend all this money on apps andloyalty programs for? Take care of your customers and they will take care of you. I hope the owner reads this and takes actionto educate there staff. We will not be giving any Tim Hortons our business anymore. Never serves hot food just before 8 pm. It?s like they shut it down at 6. Employee tells me they serve hot food again at 10 pm... like that is nice but I?m here now and hungry after work. I used to go in the evening and it was fine at like 9:30. Absolutejoke when I get off work and can get coffee but no food not even a bagel. I don?t know what has happened to this place but ithas gone way down hill.staff are polite but new policies are stupid. New owner? No idea but not i am not impressed lately. Read more
Lazy Employee can never keep store open. 6pm on Halloween, serving drive thru only. lazy employees inside visually doing... nothing, laughing at people who approach the door.
