I didn?t catch her name, but whoever the bartender was Saturday a day after Thanksgiving this year is an amazing server and... bartender. Drinks were amazing & her service was amazing as well, extremely friendly & welcoming. Gave us extra fries & chips.Give her lots of raises and love <33 Read more

Well the granddaughter want to stop by and eat at Chili's. Usually not my choice but that's what she wanted. So they did have a... special for $10.99 you get chips and salsa or soup a soft drink or tea a new choice of a couple of sandwiches. So the wife gotthe chips and salsa I got the baked potato soup and we both had fried chicken sandwich with french fries. The granddaughter hada buffalo chicken sandwich and fries but she didn't let me take her picture LOL. So the chips were good the salsa was good thebaked potato soup was very good with all the bacon bits and the cheese. Chicken sandwiches are good and it fries are excellent.Service is okay. Great food and Good Service,but Turn the A/C down! And this is every time we come in...I get the business tactic of keeping it... cold so partons don't linger,but unless you bring a jacket it's unbearable. Even your employees say they complain and they'renot that busy to rush customers out.Then again we never took the name "Chilli's" literally. Read more

When we arrived, the dinning area was only half full but because they only had three servers it was supposed to be a twenty to... thirty minute wait. An hour later, we asked the server that was also seating people, when we were to be seated. Somehow, my namewas no longer on the list. I know that I didn't receive the table ready text because I had my phone in my hand the entiretime. When we finally get a table, we had to wait another 15 minutes to get someone to take our order. Meanwhile, three groupsthat were seated after us were served and had their drinks. When our food gets out, it is almost too salty to eat. Needless tosay, we won't be returning any time soon. To be quiet honest I received one of the most un appetizing soggy plates of food I?ve ever seen. I guess having food delivered... You can?t expect the same freshness but this is honestly just fowl. The chicken tenders are completely soaked in Greece to thepoint where all the breading just slides off. The quality of the chicken is of a school lunch. The fries and the ?chicken? thatlooks like fried soggy fish were covered in greece. I don?t recommend anyone order it let alone order from this location at all. Read more

I tried my hardest not to write a negative review because I too work in a service-based industry however this location has... struck out with me on three consecutive occasions regarding the same issue. *STRIKE 1 - My wife ordered a dinner for us boththrough their app one and a half hours before we had to pick up our son. We arrived when they said that our food was ready (30minutes had passed) and we waited an additional thirty minutes while about five or six other patrons were served. I then wentto ask about my order and it wasn't even completed. Thank heavens for the young worker there who I heard crack the whip on thechef's after I explained to her what was happening(She should be running the place). I then asked to speak to the manager onduty which leads me to strike number two. *STRIKE 2 - The manager apologized for what was happening and I explained to her thatan apology doesn't make up for for the time I lost (We are now over an hour and 15 minutes in wait time and I'm going to be lateto pick up my son). I asked for either a discount on my bill or a gift card for my next meal. The manager said that they wouldemail me a voucher of some sort to redeem this. I gave her my email address and she said that it would be handled that nightwhich it wasn't which leads me to strike three. *Strike 3 - At this point I have waited for 2 weeks and have not received anye-mails from Chili's so I'm extremely irritated at this point and head back up to the restaurant to talk to hopefully the samemanager(She was not on shift ). I explain the whole situation to the current manager on duty who makes the exact same promiseto me and assures me it will be handled and since I'm writing this extensive review I'm sure you know that she dropped the ballas well. Do not patronize this location. They lack Professionalism and Integrity. If I can't trust your word I surely can'ttrust your products cooking or services. Read more

So I usually order from this location through door dash, quite often but after giving them chance after chance I?ve decided I?ll... no longer be wasting my money. The last two times I?ve ordered the big mouth bites (which come with a ranch and bacon on top),my buns have been burnt; the most recent time, there were no toppings on the burgers as of I asked for plain mini cheeseburgerswhich is not the case (picture attached). I called and spoke with the manager Alfred who told me I?ll be receiving an email witha gift card for a refund because at the moment that was all he could do. I have yet to receive an email and it?s been a week.The quality of the food has gone down and I?ve been living in the area for the last 5 years. Do better by your customers. Read more
