When I go to a Chinese inspired restaurant, what I?m looking for is a good quality side item. It?s not enough for just the... entree to taste good, I want the larger portion of my plate to delight my tastebuds as well. Let me tell you, Panda Expressfulfills my needs. The fried rice and chow mein are cooked and seasoned to perfection. Whoever is in the back cooking thatmasterpiece at this location deserves an immediate raise!! Looking forward to coming back! ???? The food is on par as any other chinese tasting experience around, which to me is average. As it was my first time at this chain... of restaurant, I was happy to observe that the food looked to be prepared fresh and it was served hot. But I was thoroughlyannoyed that I was charged at the register the full price of a fountain drink for each of the 3 cups of water we asked for withour meals... $2.50 x 3 = $7.50 for 3 waters in a cup!! I was not advised by the employee that our cups of water would have a"same as" cost, nor is it on their price board. Even so, when ever charged for drinking water by other merchants, it has onlybeen the price of the cup, 10 -15 cents right? This is enough for me to drop my rating of this location, if not the chain as awhole, down to 2 star. We spent over $40 on the food alone. We do not enjoy soda or want water from a plastic bottle, still Ithink the practice of charging for tap water is absurd considering that we paid for 4 meals. Read more
Ordered delivery through their app and accidentally put in the incorrect address for it to be delivered to (I was one number... off, finger just slipped and I didn?t catch it.) Called the store immediately to remedy the issue and was told there was nothingthey could do. Okay, fine, I understand that it might have been out of their hands on their end. Asked for a refund and was flatout denied a refund? I had to track down the delivery driver myself (which I understand is partly my fault) but when I finallygot the order it was missing one of my entrees. For health reasons I cannot eat white rice, I specifically ordered brown rice and they gave me what they wanted. It is so... annoying when you go to a restaurant and they just don?t pay attention. I called the manager and he treats me like it?s my faulthis employees don?t pay attention. Read more
I got the plate option which included 2 entrees and my sidr of fired rice. I got the orange chicken as well as the honey almond... sesame chicken. The food was fresh, not dry and rice was cooked perfectly. My only complaint would be that the plave does need abit of a facelift. Read more
