Horrible just horrible! I ordered a pizza from here and it was under cooked. I called and they had me on hold for 20 mins and... the phone hung up . I hate to do this, because we've had good experiences before, but yesterday was really bad. We pre-ordered 2 pizzas and... breadsticks for our kids and their friends, who were over for a play date at 1030am for a noon delivery. The friends wereleaving at one. At 1215, no pizza and no update. I called the store and the assistant manager, Josh, answered. After I toldhim our order he said they had gotten behind and the pizza still wasn't ready. I told him the kids were leaving at one and aheads up that the pizza wasn't going to be delivered by noon would've been nice. He said and I quote "Ya, well that didn'thappen. I can either cancel your order or you can't wait" and then hung up after I said I still wanted the pizza. The guysounded stressed, but he was completely rude and unapologetic about the situation that was clearly their fault and could'veprevented by a simple phone call. I hope this guys leadership and customer service skills aren't being taught to the rest ofthe staff. Read more

Terrible experience with order tonight. Pizza did not have tomatoes, chicken, and the onions were just thrown in a pile in one... spot. Also chicken bites were cold and instead of the ranch they gave me pizza sauce. Not what I expect from Papa Johns. Thislocation has gradually been going down hill. Editing this review. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! (6:30PM, 7/28) I placed my pizza order over the phone, then waited the 30 minutes that was asked of... me before pick-up. I arrived to the store to meet a sarcastic teenager that told me my pizza would not be ready for another 45minutes. That was fine and I was understanding, but given the circumstance, I then requested for the pizza to be delivered to myhome since I would not be waiting at the store for 45 minutes. A crew member then decided to make aggressive remarks concerningmy request as if I could not hear him 5 ft away. He proceeded to express his shift aggression toward me once he was confrontedabout his rude behavior. The long service wait, is never the customers fault. The bare minimum was expected here and Papa Johnsat Cedarcrest did NOT deliver. No customer should ever have to feel disrespected. I will not be returning. Read more

HORRIBLE! Arrived 18 min after the pizza LEFT the location (we live 1mi from the store) and obviously not even warm. We decided... to drive to the location and have the pizza remade and in hindsight, I'm glad we did. The workers in the kitchen were gross.Long straggly hair, flipping pizza dough with Marti grass beads hanging around his neck. Then after seeing who appeared to bethe manager with unkempt facial hair, and dirty fingernails, we decided to get a full refund and will never order from PapaJohns! Read more

This location has had its ups and downs but the newest (I assume) manager, Lori , has things in check and does an incredible job... with staff, keeping things running quickly and smoothly, and orders are out on time. I'm a big fan again :) Read more

We just moved here 3 months ago, and were looking for a good place to eat pizza. When we read the reviews, we were at first on... the edge about buying from here, but were shocked when we saw(and tasted) how good our pizza was. The service was excellent andthey were very friendly! The order was on point, and definitely changed how we see this Papa John's.(as the reviews were sooff-putting) We will definitely order again! I just received my pizza. I place an order for a medium pizza with extra cheese and double mushroom. Three of the slices barely... have any cheese at all. Definitely not extra cheese. Very disappointing. Read more
