I was raised on Sonic in Oklahoma. I always had a vanilla with real cream Dr. Pepper. When I moved here 13 years ago, they... wouldn't make it (even though I called a Sonic back home to find out how is was made). To say the least, I really looked forwardto trips back to the Midwest. Finally, with the release of the Sonic app, the option is there! I have so much enjoyed going toSonic every so often and getting some nostalgia. Thank you, Sonic employees! Read more

So excited to eat sonic for the first time in forever. Sadly let down?pull up to drive through, they said they only accept cash.... We drive to get cash at Publix across the street. We get back in line, no harm, no foul. We pull up to drive thru window, theysay now to pull up to the curbside windows as they accept card and they only accept cash through the drive through?we respond wehave cash, the still say we need to proceed to curbside windows. So we do, within one minute someone pulls up to drive thru andthey get service. Not only did they get service, they got their food before ours, we parked and ordered first and still we didnot get our order first. Not to Sonic experience I remembered. But thankfully, after a painful long wait, the food was great andwarm. If it wasn?t for the food being fresh, I?d give them one star. We will give more hope in this location for a next visit inthe future. Read more

I was delivering for an app to a customer. This Sunday, 8/25/22, I got there at 8:03p. Girl with the brown curly hair asked my... order and I told her. I literally waited for a whole dam hour until 9:02, she saw me standing outside that whole time and nevereven gave me an update. They were busy so I knew it would take 20-30 at least but there were 2 walk ups, young black kids,probably her friends, who got their food within seconds. Another old white man and Hispanic man, ordered after I got there, andreceived their food before me, but after the 2 young kids. Some of those workers don't take this seriously. Read more

By far the worst experience I?ve had at a fast good establishment in my life. I ordered on the app and parked in the stall... waiting for 30 minutes, then finally on the stalls screen it said someone was coming out with my order I waited for ten minutesand no one came. I then hopped into the drive through lane and the lady said the order was there (it was literally sitting onthere counter and they did nothing), I then pull up only to find out my order was incorrect when I got home. At that point Ididn?t care to get a refund or complain, in top of that my food was cold (obviously because it was sitting there). The workers rhorrible and I would never go to this place again. Ordered 1 slushee and one sundae through the app, waited 45 minutes for it to come out and that was because I kept pressing the... button at the drive in trying to get ahold of someone . I told the lady I waited for over 40 minutes and she started cussing atme saying I don?t need to have an attitude and went on a rampage , brought my drink and sundae out, drink was half full, sundaewas melted completely! When we tried getting her attention she ran back inside ! So now my only option is to call someone higherup . DISGUSTING! Read more

Been 3 times. First two trips, my orders were made incorrectly but the service was polite and quick. Third trip, I placed an... order in the app an hour before their posted closing time. I arrived at the store less than 10 minutes later and the store isclosed with zero employees inside. Several customers were circling the building in the same predicament. Had to call thesupport number on their website to get a refund. Read more

I had myself and two of my kids waiting for over half an hour before having to go ask for the status. They completely messed up... and had our food waiting for the wrong lane. I get home finally to one kids order missing. I called to complain and got hung upon. That was my second bad experience here and have only been there twice in 5 years. I do not recommend this place, horribleservice so zero stars. Unfortunately I have to give one to post. Read more

I received molded fries with my combo and requested a full refund on my entire order. Because I couldn?t find the receipt, the... only solution I was offered was to have the fries remade. SICKENING. After I found the receipt, I was only offered to have thefries refunded. I requested a full refund again and was told that I could only get the most expensive combo refunded because thefood was half eaten (which was a lie). We showed her all of the our food, which CLEARLY had not been half eaten. All of this wastold to me by a ?manager?. It shouldn?t matter how much was eaten, it?s the fact that there was MOLD on my food and I wasn?teven given an apology. Read more
