If I could give -5 I would. I pulled into the drive thru at 9pm tonight. Waited 10 minutes before I made it to the speaker box.... There was 1 car at the speaker and 1 car at the window. Once at the speaker I was told they be right with me. I then waitedanother 10 minutes. The car at the window drove away and I waited another 5 minutes without anyone saying anything. Anothercustomer got upset and drove around me and up to the window. It wasn't until then that I was finally told they were closedbecause they were short staffed. When I asked why she didn't tell me that from the beginning she told me she didn't have to. Shealso told me if i wanted to tell her how to do her job I could fill out an application. When I pulled around to leave there were5 employees in the restaurant. That is not short staffed. I used to manage a Sonic and I have 12 years of restaurant experience.I'm absolutely appalled by the whole encounter. Read more
I would give zero stars if I could. I just waited forever in the drive thru, just to leave empty handed. After over 15 minutes... stuck I get to the window, they didn't remember my order. Never put it in. So then it'd make my wait even longer. No one wasinside ordering either. What are the workers even doing? Read more
Place is garbage always understaffed they like to do this thing sometimes where they say ?welcome to Taco Bell? at the drive... thru then ghost you and not say anything afterwards. Just unprofessional and terrible service. Read more
To the staff I would give 5 stars. Stopped by last night and it was a chaos there because they don?t have enough people to work.... I could tell they were all in a rush and looking stressed but still had their smiles on their face, apologized for the wait andassisted me super well. They were one of the first ones who actually put non spice sauce as requested - usually other Taco Belllocations just ignore me and do whatever they want. I do think whoever is the manager needs to work on getting more peoplebefore their nice staff burnout. 30min in line with just 4 cars in front of me for a quesadilla is a little too much. Read more
ABSOLUTE TRASH!! Where is my meat in my burrito!!! Even my fiancee didn't get meat in his!! Like come on now this is the worst... you guys have done!! It literally made me disappointed and not wanna eat it... all it was was bean and lettuce! Who would wantto just eat that? Read more
I bought over 80 tacos and the Lady who was working called me fat and yelled that I was going to be HUGE after eating them all.... On her name tag it said Kate so if you could make sure that she no longer works there that would be great. I will send someoneto make sure that she has been taken care of an no longer works at any taco bell facility r there will be consequences. Read more
Service was SO SLOW. We waited nearly 30 minutes for our order. It was only food for 4 kids. Then I went to the counter to order... LJS as this is a dou restaurant, and they weren't serving any. We ordered nacho fries and got about a tablespoon of nachocheese. Like what the point! I just wasn't impressed. Read more
