Just a suggestion, if 2 people come to your establishment and order vegetarian meals, you shouldn?t automatically put meat on... their plate without asking if they would like meat. Pro tip 2: if you have a $20 kids meal, you shouldn?t charge $4 for a smallkids drink to go with that meal. Also, when your hibachi chef shakes up his sauces, please tell him not to use his dirty barefingers to plug the squeeze bottles to not leak sauce when he shakes them. Finally, please use single use gloves and cleancooking utensils when cooking for the public. Also use different cooking utensils for the raw chicken and the vegetables. Read more

The little hostesses cared less that we had 3 small children. They told us the wait was 20 to 30 minutes although there were... empty seats at the tables behind them that we could have occupied. I have eaten or ordered take-out from this restaurant ever since it has been open. Today, I ordered the chicken and salmon from... the lunch menu. The chicken tasted as if it was spoiled, so I asked for another piece of salmon instead. The manager proceededto tell us she tasted the chicken and it taste fine to her. Additionally, I was charged $62 for a $34 meal. The waitress andmanager were extremely rude and the manager refused to give me her first and last name. Food is good. Not good enough to endure the worst service EVER. My husband and I were seated before the larger(parties of 4)... parties were seated. We all ordered Sushi as it was Monday(1/2 price sushi night) The tables to either side of us were servedtheir food before my husband and I. After our drinks were served only 1 time again did we see our server. This would be aproblem for anyone. We asked to speak to the manager and were informed that she was doing inventory and that she would be withus. She never showed. It is abundantly clear that there is a thought process behind who gets served and in what order althoughit is not clear to my husband and I. Maybe to our particular server, more people meant larger tips. I will tell everyone I knowthat Volcano Acworth isn't worth their time. Read more

I?ve had my problems with this place; but today was the final straw. I scheduled a pick up order to be ready by 6:25 PM. I... didn?t even get anyone working the pick up counter to look at me until 7:05 PM. And worse are the obnoxious customers that crowdaround the only entrance/exit, and basically those that make fun of us for being in a hurry. Two for one sushi deals on Monday,are no longer worth it. Volcano has been here for years. It's never too busy and has an extensive sushi menu that has always been excellent! The hibachi... service is excellent and loud. You are guaranteed to smile! Over time we have noticed hibachi meals to go or just dine at aregular table is inconsistent. The front bar that used to be beautiful has now turned into a to go station but that's becausetimes have changed unfortunately. Read more

Delicious! My wife and I enjoyed a great sushi lunch. The server made sure we got the best lunch deal and the quality of the... food for the price is tough to beat. We had the Philly Roll, a spicy tuna roll and a crazy rainbow roll which we are fresh andwonderful. The ginger salad was also very tasty. Highly recommend and we will be back! Read more
