Service was far below reasonable. We waited probably 15 minutes to even place an order. Food is great service unexceptionable.
This WH is amazing. Samantha (Sam) sets the pace for all workers with her profound gift of calling orders to cooks,... automatically helping other servers do whatever, and yet, caring for her own few tables or counter. Stop there on the 4th of July around 10pm and this is the worst waffle house that I have been too. There is waffle house that... are good, some not that great, and others my dog wouldn't be even at. This one was the top of the list where my dog wouldn't eatat. It took 55 minutes just to get a drink order in, so no big deal on service, pretty much typically for waffle house at night,but the food was beyond burnt. I order the all star breakfast. Well at least I thought I ordered that. My bacon was black with acenter bring fatty white the hash brown were hashblacks, my eggs were supposed to be over medium but they were over crusty withhint of charcoal and the waffle was golden oiled with a hint of gold somewhere in the wafe, and the toast was Black on side withdone on the other side. I sat and watch the cook my order for 45 minutes on the grill moving it around on the grill, needlesslyto say if if wasn't stormy I would have just left. I know they said 30-40 mins on a take-out but it didn?t make sense as I watched people come in, sit down, eat their meal, then... left as I waited. I was only waiting for three meals so not sure why I waited so long. Read more
They were nice but they don't write your order down so count on it to be wrong. No ketchup in to go bag either. Why do I tip... them? Suppose ro be wheat toast, looked white to me. Read more
I gave them five stars for a reason!! Hailey and Jacob are really cool..I usually go late so it's only those two.. either one... will take your order..they are both friendly the food is good and the place is clean ..there are two waffle houses in this area..this is by far the best one ! Read more
My first time in a Waffle House during the pandemic They seemed a bit stressed, with a help wanted sign in the window. The... booths were separated by plastic such as you would buy on a roll, I called them shower stalls. Service was OK but the pie hadto go back for a reheat. That was done friendly and with an apology. A steady stream of customers and it almost seemed normal.Every Waffle House tells a story, doesn't it? Read more
