We placed an order online tonight for 50 wings for pickup. Once we got home, we realized only half the wings were in the box so... I called immediately to let them know. They said we would have to drive back with the receipt and the wings (20 minutes away). I said well the wings that we actually have will be cold though, will they be re-made? He said yes. When my husband gets therethe "district manager" argues with him and tells him he is trying to "scam" wings!?!?!? She refuses to make the missing wingsbecause she said she packaged it herself and the wouldn't remake the other ones that have now been sitting for almost an hour! Unfortunatly I always want wings on my birthdays, so it was also supposed to be a relaxing quick dinner with my husband andkids. Instead, we paid $65 for wings we didnt get and hopefully get refunded in 5-7 business days, and 3 hungry kids who werelooking forward to wings. The "district manager" did not give us half of our order and then argued with me when I returned for the rest, while saying that... I was trying to "hustle" her. I just want my kids food that we waited ok for over an hour and paid for. She refused to remakethe half of the order that we did get after demanding that we bring it back to the store, even though at that point the wingshad been sitting over an hour. She needs to go back to work at mcdonalds. Read more
Worst location ever. They will mess up your order. We have had a hair in our food and will not try to make things better. The... manager at this location Michelle is awful. We had a 10 piece that they were suppose to credit us and she just made you feellike you were a thief. I cannot wait to talk to her higher ups. Extremely rude lady with no Couth about herself. Usually great, however today Dinner was ruined. Ordered wing combos with fries. Received order. No drinks. No ranch. Fries were... stale with no seasoning. Can't even call them because the number on here doesn't work. Update: After driving up to the store,the manager was very accommodating and fixed our order. Read more
I love the Lemon Pepper wings at Wing Stop. They have a very good amount of lemon pepper seasoning. The wings are always cooked... to a nice crisp. The fries are pretty good as well. Try them with the lemon pepper seasoning unless you are trying to stay awayfrom too much salt. Read more
COUNT YOUR WINGS BEFORE LEAVING!!! I placed an order of 20 wings and realized I had only received 15 when I got home. I... immediately called and they wanted me to drive all the way back to pick up my 5 wings. I asked for a refund on the 5 wings andthe woman on the phone who claimed was the manager said she couldn?t do that. The ?manager? then transferred me to Steve, thesupposed to be assistant manager. And he said the best he could do was refund me 15% percent, even though that was not the totalfor 5 wings. This place has always shortened us a wing every now and then but now it was 5.
