Absolutely a GEM! Best Mediterranean food in the area and the entire stsff is the best. They are all very friendly with... excellent service! My only problem is I don't get there enough but I'm working on that! If You are in Ada do yourself a favor andstop in! Not sure what to get? I recommend the Zeytins Special. It has gyro meat, grilled steak and chicken, Turkish meatloaf Ibelieve they call it, rice and a salad. It easily, for me. Can turn into dinner for 2 or leftovers for a fantastic lunch ordinner anytime! Read more

Service was slow. Kids ordered typical kids food. Cold chicken nuggets and a cheeseburger missing cheese is what they got. Our... food was fine. Never got refills on any of drinks. It was a Friday night, and fairly busy? but that?s what you want if youoperate a restaurant! Read more

Great food at reasonable prices. Had the salmon entree, grape leaves appetizer and house wine for lunch. They modified the... salmon for my dairy allergy. Professional staff, beautiful dining room. Wish the Lowell/Ada area had more ethnic restaurants! Read more

We love family dinner (or lunch) at Zeytin. We can have a light meal (the wraps and soups are a favorite) or a full course meal... (try the eggplant salsa app and salmon). The outdoor seating is nice with a view of Ada park. We often order our food and letthe kids play across the street while we are waiting, a sort of mini date night for my husband and I. I love the Turkish winestoo. One of our all time favorites in Ada! Read more

Highly recommend if you are in the area! The service was great and so was the food. I got the chicken shish kabob and my husband... got the lamb chops. We didn?t get drinks this time, but we saw other tables have great looking drinks and many drinking wines. Read more

Excellent location right accross from the water and ample parking space. Environment is very welcoming and booths are covered... with comfortable authentic seating. Bar area is well designed and adding a depth to the view. Menu is very well balanced toencompass turkish cuisine but not ovewhelming with too many options. I have started with Lentil soup and it was excellent. Alloff the starters sounded grrat so I chose sampler platter. Both eggplant samplers were stellar, also hummus of course is a safechoice. My main dish was Adana Kebap and it was absoulutely great, made from fresh meat and perfectly spiced. Lastly you need tofinish Turkish food with a warm glass of Turkish Tea. This was a great experience and Highly Recommend anyone in the area to tryit. Read more

This was our first time trying Turkish food and we were not disappointed. The appetizer platter had a lot of very good... hummus/salsas to eat with bread. The eggplant salsa was my favorite appetizer, but the pepper delight came in a close second. The Kaseri cheese flambe was a big hit with our whole table. The kids' burger and chicken nuggets were nothing out of theordinary. The lamb Mediterranean was very flavorful and paired well with both pita and rice. The lamb chops were cookedperfectly, but maybe could have used a little bit more seasoning. The adana kebab (seasoned ground lamb) was our favoritebecause it was seasoned perfectly. The iskender (sliced gyro in garlic yogurt and tomato sauce) was delicious as well. My lambshish kebab was very tender and the chicken spinach was very juicy. Read more
