I just want to share my incredible experience with 3 Brother's Pizza! We phoned in an order late on Saturday. We got to 3... Brothers and there was no pizza, or order. I checked my phone and realized I ordered a pizza from a 3 brothers in Maryland. Theowner laughed and said no problem that he would make one for us. We were on our way with an amazing, hot, fresh pizza in 15 min. The 5 stars works for the pizza but it really is about kindness and great customer service. Thanks so much!! Read more

Lately they have been forgetting to make the pizza???????????. Ordered pizza today via the Slice app for my sons birthday. When... we get there the cheese sticks, cheese balls, and spicy breadsticks were ready but no pizza. The lady working the front said"I'm gonna be honest with ya, we forgot your pizzas". Waited 15 minutes for the pizzas. When she brought it out she said "sorryfor the delay we got real busy all of a sudden" I'm guessing she forgot she told me the truth like she forgot to make thepizzas. When we got home everything but the pizza was cold from sitting for so long and they forgot the marinara sauce. Read more
It never has the wow factor but I'm only going by delivery. The driver was very nice. But for delivery the food seemed thrown in... and just made to use as little room as possible. They still have a better menu and all the food I have had, I have eaten. Lol Read more
We ordered 3 pizzas the lady taking the order failed to take the order correctly. Our cheese pizza was burnt with basically no... cheese all crust. Then we had ordered a Ruben and Philly pizza mind you I'm listening to a family member order on speaker phoneshe first said Ruben and Meat Lovers and Then said cross out that Meat Lovers and Make it a Philly in which this lady said yeathe Philly will be way better then the MeatLovers. We go and pick up the pizza which is a 13min drive. The cheese is pizza isburnt the Ruben Pizza is no where to be seen. We call and she argues with my family member for 10mins apparently I asked them tospecifically burn the cheese pizza and she told us there was no Ruben meat so we switched it to a meat lovers. No one asks for apizza to be burnt you switched out our pizzas and didn't tell us because you failed to let us know there was no Ruben Meat. Thiswas the worst pizza I have ever had your service sucks we drove 14mini. The least you could have done is apologized and offereda $10 of coupon next time. Read more
