Often issues with orders. This morning I went through the drive thru for an iced coffee. The gal dropped my order and in the... chaos I did not get my card back. My card was used multiple times while I was driving to work before I got to turn it off. Always a regretful experience but this one tops them all. Read more
I live in a small town and the McDonald?s is really the only fats food place, when the line gets long it wraps out to the road... so I try and use the app. I do the curbside pick up. With the curbside pick up you wait 20ish more minutes than if you went thruthe drive thru. Ordered my food through the machine, no receipt came out. When I got my sandwich it was wrong one, I told the worker that he... said their computer shows different. Before me there was another customer who got wrong food as well. There wasn't even a labelon my bag. What a shame. I left wrong sandwich to the hungry worker who was arguing with me. If I could give ZERO stars Would. My whole order was wrong from missing sandwiches what's wrong with people reading the ticket... back before handing the food out. Double check the order maybe then and maybe then you wouldn't get bad reviews if youremployees put more effort into their jobs as they do their cell phones and goofing off. Read more
Have to always check my bag before I drive off, happened many times to where the food was missing. Seem to mess up orders over... no cheese, I give an exception for that cause of younger workers, it happens. But when I'm missing fires and when I go back toget replacement fries they end up soggy not fully cooked. I'm assuming pushing out fries quick to satisfy customer...but it wastoo fast.
