The staff were friendly. The seating area and the bathroom were clean. The rest can be summed up in my daughter's pasta, which... consisted of noodles congealed into a brick so unevenly cooked it literally needed to be cut with a knife, topped with a fewpieces of diced tomato which somehow consituted marinara sauce, and a "salad" that wouldn't feed a rabbit. I order pizza there alot. Everything else is plain and flavorless. And cold unless i pick it up. I got a rewards card. And it... says to just sign up n get a free 10 in pizza. Nothing at all. No way to sign up or scan or connection to the store. They arealways empty. I see why Read more
We have never ordered from Padrone's before and will never order again. I know they were busy ... The person answering the phone... told me so when I called to find out where my order was. This was 20 minutes after they were late with our order, on an estimateof an hour delivery ... So 1 hour and 20 minutes after I had ordered. The food finally came 2 hours after we had ordered ... Andit was cold. My son didn't care about his pizza being cold. He ate it. I called to complain about the pasta being cold. We hadordered fettuccine. It was actually spaghetti noodles with Alfredo sauce. The manager said he would refund the money for thepasta. Fine, but then my husband opened his wings and half of them fell out onto the floor, because of the poor packaging. Nosurprise. The fettuccine had been half out of the packaging when it was delivered and the container was dirty. Dissatisfied anddisappointed doesn't even cover how I feel. They should have refunded the entire amount, but I'm not in the mood to argue. Justknow I will never order from there again. Read more
I found it very poorly managed here. My boyfriend and I had a coupon for a free large pizza and breadsticks. I called 15 times... before the phone was answered then to be told that they can?t take our order over the phone. We went down there and there wasone person in the restaurant and the other was delivering. Very sad when your employees have this much stress from a job ontheir day off. No one deserves that for minimum wage ??????????? Read more
Very disappointed. When I called to place my order I got a rushed ?please hold? not even a hello. I was put on hold for more... then 3 minutes and had to hang up and call back to be greeted by a rushed lady. I could barely get my order out without hertrying to rush me off the phone. I should have gone elsewhere but gave the benefit of the doubt and figured they were just busy. Was told our order would take 30 minutes. Husband walked in 25 minutes after I placed an order to them just starting to makeour pizzas and the place completely empty. (Not busy like I had assumed) Got home to find that the only thing actually cookedwas the crust. Everything else in the middle was dough-y Was hoping to have a pizza night and will end up making something elseas the pizza is not very good undercooked. Read more
