Place was super busy! I usually get a Orange Sherbet Freeze made with Sprite. Usually they make it with soda water even when I... ask for Sprite. This Braums made my order perfectly and had it ready by the time I walked back up to the counter. Willdefinitely be back when I?m in Ada. Read more
I would give 0 stars if I could! We went in Braums on Mississippi to eat. We ordered our food and found a table. While waiting... on our food we discovered maggots crawling on the floor. I took pictures for proof and called the health inspector. I tried tocall corporate first and that lady was rude and said to just call health inspector so I obliged. Read more
This store is well maintained. The fresh market side is also well stocked and clean. My kids wife and I got some icecream and... enjoyed the cool air inside this extremely hot day. Before we left we also picked up some fresh fruits and few drinks to enjoyon our way back to Oklahoma City. Just like everyone other restaurant, it is extremely hard to keep the place spotless. I wouldsay the the inside, especially the fine inn area could use some cleaning. Another thing I would like to mention are the pricesthat are going high through the roof. I visit this Store often. The Location appears to be well managed. Some of the employees are very nice but a couple of employees... have problem with Customer Service Skills. Today I ordered something on the breakfast menu at 10:45 AM. The person's attitudeabout the order was totally rude and I did not get the order. She seemed to not care if I used the store or not! A week ago Iordered the Strawberry Chicken Salad. The attendant told me they were out of the 6 oz. Cottage Cheese. I asked if the pricewould be reduced but the employee told me, ?no?.
