Good fast food. They are utilizing all of the same processes that a large city McDonald's does even though Ada is a small town.... At times they get bogged down with a rush of customers but they recover very fast. They do a good job at this place! Read more
Our order was handed out to the wrong people. Manager at window was in a bad mood when told us to pull forward then hollered to... pull into a spot where we were forgotten about for 15 minutes. Had to go in and get our food. Have had better service at thislocation before. Read more
Missing a sandwich and everything in the order was wrong except the 2 hash browns, my coffee was wrong too, but I didn't realize... until after I called. I did call to let them know and they said I could come for a replacement tomorrow. Problem there is, Ilive 30 minutes away so it's probably not worth the drive. It wouldn't be so bad if the lady at the window wasn't in such a rushto send me on. I thought the sack was too small to have my whole order in it. She assured me it was there. I asked if thecondiments were there, oh I don't know about that, here, she gives me an abundance of what I asked for. The whole point ofordering Through the ap is accuracy and discounts in my opinion. But every time I order through the ap they fail to give me myfree sandwich and usually mess something up. The lady that took my call assured me she packed my order correctly and I must havebeen handed the wrong bag ???? which puts me back to the lady that was in such a rush to get me to leave to begin with. I guessI'll hold up the line and check my entire order before leaving next time. But I'd rather the line move a little slower andcorrectly than fast and never getting things right. Maybe just my opinion. Unfortunately nothing made it in the sack my sonwould eat except the hash browns. So I guess that's a lucky coincidence. Read more

I asked for 5 large cups after ordering from kiosk and the cashier looked confused that I asked for the cups and after showing a... receipt that I paid for the drinks he was still confused to what I was wanting. Then after waiting for a while I got yelled atby the manager for them getting my order wrong and them giving my ice cream to someone else. She almost didn't want to remakethem even though I already paid for it. Read more
Anytime I had to pick up DoorDash orders here, I would usually wait 10-20 minutes for an order with just a few items. Sometimes... no one would confirm the number with me, but they are supposed to in case it?s the wrong one or someone stealing DoorDashorders. Also, anytime I get mobile pickups and park, it usually takes 10-15 minutes to get my food. Read more
Always good for a quick meal, not a long wait time at all and the employees may not always be super friendly but they are fast... and efficient. Never had trouble with an incorrect order. Read more
Worst McDonald's in Oklahoma! I went through the outside lane of the drive thru, 5 vehicles got served in the other lane, I went... inside to order, the manager and employees just looking at me occasionally and nobody would come to the counter. Went I askedwhat the heck was going on, the manager came over to help, but told me that I was raising my voice and That I don't need to dothat. I left and will never return! Read more
