Terrible experience. A late stop for dinner after visiting family at the hospital in Ada. It was a simple order of two filets... with common sides; added a couple of draft beers and waters. How could anyone mess this up, right? The lid to the salt shakermust have come off because my beer glass had so much salt on it that I had to wipe it off to be able to drink from the glass.When the plates arrived, I just looked at them thinking "what in the...". These were the most pitiful steaks I had ever seen.Thin, soft and without any texture, and way way way to much seasoning. The sides weren't much to get excited about either. I should have known better, the last time I ate here it was a horrible experience and I waited another 10 years to try it again.... My wife said she had a great lunch here a couple of weeks ago so we decided to try it for dinner last night. WHAT A TOTALDISASTER IT WAS!!!! Dinner rolls came out raw, had to send them back Took forever to get our meal, but there were a couple ofother tables that ordered before we did and dint get their meals until we were finished with ours. Saw several patrons get up togo get their waitress. Salad came out with the entree, not before. My wife?s steak was ordered medium, it was too raw to eatand cold when we got it. My ribeye was extremely fatty, tough and undercooked as well. Waitress never came back to the tableafter dropping of our food to check in us, I?m not gonna mention her name because she seemed like she was trying, just had toomany tables. I know it might be staffing issues, etc. But they should do themselves a favor and limit hours or shut downtemporarily and regroup. Truly one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. I typically only post positive reviews buthad to send out a warning with this one. And we still tipped the server 20% despite all the issues. Never again. Read more

Just left from the most amazing experience I think I?ve ever had in a restaurant. We were a party of 14, I have 3 year old twins... with autism so I?m normally anxious when we go out. Today our server Jayden eased every fear I had, the twin love rolls- shekept our huge table fully stocked with rolls and (my personal fav) cinnamon butter! Jayden is a true server, I?m mom to 9 so atminimum everywhere we go we?re a party of 10- she handled our full order by her self. If you go there ask for her section, youwon?t be disappointed! How is this place still open? Really expensive yet small portions. The food wasn't really cooked well. I had wings and they were... hard and seem old. Our waitress was alright but the others around us were talking smack about their customers. Read more

I really don?t like to complain about restaurants and cooking but I will tonight. I haven?t gotten this mad in a long time. We... went to the Santa Fe restaurant in Ada and sat there for an hour before being placed at a table. it?s a busy night. We had 11people, 4 being little kids. So several 6 and under parties were sat down before us. Understandable right? At last we get atable. Waiter was very good. Never ran out of drinks but here?s what I?m mad about. After waiting another hour for food. Yes weordered steaks, shrimp, ribs combos. We expected some wait. Kids ordered cheeseburgers. Only 3 plates show up. Medium well steakis rare, broccoli looks like it was just taken out of icebox, not cooked. Cold mashed potatoes with gravy. 3 plates out of 11. 20 minutes later, 4 more plates show up. Medium rare steak is burned, no potatoes with gravy, fried potatoes are greasy andcold, coleslaw is warmer than any other food and it?s not supposed to be. Ribs tasted like they?d been put in microwave forabout a minute and then put on plate. Now we still have 4 kids with no food. 10 minutes, 3 cheeseburgers arrive. Cheese burnedto a crisp and buns are burned and tough. Oh wait 1 kid still hasn?t gotten food. 10 more minutes, here his food comes. So let?ssee we started this around 6 pm. And walked out at 9 pm. That was the nastiest food I have ever tried to eat. We?ve tried itbefore and it was good. I?m not saying it was a off night but when the waiter keeps apologizing, saying ?it?s been a bad night??that we weren?t the only ones done that way?. I asked to talk to manager, he was cooking. I talked to him. After bill came, Idecided to talk to him again. Waitress asked me which manager I talked with. Ok you got 2? I really don?t think they knew whowas managing tonight. I don't know who cooked this steak but they should retire immediately. The only reason you should get a steak from here is if... you like it WELL DONE! The rest of the food was ok and my server was average. That steak was just tough and rubbery. I don'trecommend a steak from here. Save your money. Read more

here on business at Hospital, from San Antonio, TX. Place is right next to hotel (10% discount w/key). The Blacken Sirlon Steak... was good, could ofnuse some blue cheese, had it with Italian dressing. Also had the southwest soup (which that blew me away, itwas very good). As for the rolls, it was ok, we did get two rolls that was not finish baking for some reason. Area was good,server was ok. she did have a busy section and was able to check up on us several times.
