I'm trying to be polite since I know no one is wanting to work and I'm sure they were swamped. Food tasted good, but service was... so slow. I mean like so so slow. I used the kiosk, but other people waited ten minutes for someone to just come take theirorder. And then part was wrong and he went back to the back before giving us our cups. We had to wait another five minutes or sojust for someone to be visible to flag them down for cups. Read more
Went here to get a Mexican pizza, waited in a super long line in the Drive-Thru only to find out they were out of Mexican... pizzas, so I ordered something else. They were also out of hot sauce. Read more
Experience varies in time of day. More likely to have better service before 9pm. I understand the night crew probably isn't as... stacked as the day crew so the waits are longer but I've had some visits after 10pm where I've gotten the wrong thing or justnothing I ordered at all. Definitely a place to go during the day. Read more
Tell your employees NOT TO GRAB THE DOOR DASHERS PHONES!!! It's wildly unprofessional and we are told to keep our customers... information PRIVATE. Plus the manager is rude. It was such a great experience at this store. I don't eat fast food very often. But i have been in oklahoma for 8 years ... and maybe eaten taco bell 4 to 6 times. I order 2 tacos no lettuce and there is no meat in the tacos. Its ridiculous. Iorder 2btacos they werent full of meat like taco casa but it had enough meat to taste meat versus just esting a taco shell. Tham you and i will go back. Read more
Closed the doors on me literally feet from the door at 12:00pm. I was told the lobby is closed, but I saw several people in... there eating. They locked the door. I called and was told it's just because they are busy. Umm, what? Four cars in drive thru,maybe another four inside. We just lock doors when it's "busy" at lunch?? Seems like a terrible business plan. I walked from ECUcampus for a nice lunch, now I'm walking back. Kinda ridiculous. Read more
Went to get food, I get its late and all but man they gave me three flavorless drinks each a different shade of brown goes dark... to medium to see-through all taste the same like watered down regular club soda. We ordered 3 of the same drinks. Read more
