Worst subway in the country, been there 3 times traveling interstate 80 with my family. EVERY time you go to the store either a)... the bathroom is out of order (no #2's sign on the wall) b) they are COMPLETELY out of food to make sandwiches and c) the qualityof what they do have is horrible. We came in around noon. The lady working asked if there was a sign outside flashing or something because she couldn't believe... the rush they were having ( which was ironic since they didn't even have the open sign on). I pointed out that it was the lunchhour. The two employees couldn't be any slower or less caring. The Flatbread was frozen. I wanted my sandwich on Italian. Shewas going to put it on herbs and cheese and said they don't have Italian bread so would I want white? Really? They didn't havethe bags ready & I had to ask for a bag for our sandwiches. There was no ice in the machine. I don't know if I've ever written areview to complain but I could not help it today. And usually I am thanking employees for working fast food these days, but thiswas ridiculous! Read more
Short staffed, long wait, ended up leaving...employee waited until after we stood there for 15 minutes, next in line, before... announcing that he had to shut down for half an hour because of labor laws for high school kids. Not his fault...bad managementto blame here...but he should have spoke up when we entered. 2nd time in as many visits leaving this Subway hungry anddisappointed. Read more

Today everything was great. Others visits I would rate at 1 or 2. One day they were out of the bread I wanted, the meat I... wanted, plus lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Also, I only saw one unfortunate employee working that shift, and I don't blame thatperson at all. The low rating is directed at only the owner and management. I've worked in restaurants myself, and when it wasso busy that customers couldn't get what they wanted, management and owners got off their butts, went to the store, and helpingout until everything was under control. Zero stars!! I went here the other day and they were were out of almost all their meat and veggies..I could barely have a decent... sandwich with what they had..my sandwich was disgusting.
