Stopped by to get a quick bite to eat through the drive thru while traveling. Employee started taking our order and then said... hold on. After 5 minutes, still waiting so finally left because we were starving. Pulled around the building and the person atthe pay window was talking to another employee. Most of the team is extremely nice, however, they put the rudest person taking your order. It used to be just the one young lady... that was terrible, but recently there's a second that is just as rude. Neither will say things like thank you, you're welcome,have a good day, or any other pleasantries. Even if there's no line, and you tell them thank you and have a good day, they justwill look at you and not respond. It's a horrible way to start your day with an interaction with someone that is seeminglywanting to be rude. Please move them off anywhere that they interact with customers and put someone that is pleasant. Read more
Aside from them frequently just closing the lobby whenever they feel like, my burger was legitimately raw. That's a first in my... 28 years of eating McDonald's. Safe to say I won't be coming back to this one. Read more
The drive through lane on the left does about 4 cars for each car on the right. They usually forget straws and hashbrowns. Then... for some reason most mornings an elderly man sweeps the drive through. He walks out in front of cars, I've almost hit him adozen times. Food wise it's a pretty good McDonald's. Read more

Stopped through on the way to North Carolina with two young kiddos. Service was great. Food was hot and fresh. We used the kiosk... to order. Bathrooms and the establishment were clean and the employees were so kind to us. I didn?t catch his name, but the manwith dreads will most definitely make sure you?re taken care of and will treat you well! A better McDonald?s than that in myhometown for sure! Nice clean facility with up to date modifications and modern decor. The staff is filled with privileged, spoiled disrespectful... kids that have no desire to represent the brand Mcdonalds, or their hometown. We went in to use the rest room then to order. Inthe bathroom there were two stalls, two people were in front and one behind. I had stopped because I really needed a biologicalbreak. The two ladies in front didn't take forever but were not very fast in trading out from one stall. Two more came in, I letmy daughter go before me because the other stall never opened up. Upon further inspection, i notice smoke in the stall. Anolder woman seemed very flustered, and I let her go because i was absolutely curious as to whom would sit there smoking whilethey heard so many people needing to use the restroom. But that lady came out and i finally had to go. There was a mom and achild behind me. The baby was crying. We were all a little rattled by this. I came out of the stall and still no exit from theother. I slowly washed my hands and they finally exited the stall. It was two young teenage girls one red head and a littleblondie. They were about to leave without washing their hands, and I confronted them. I told them it was very rude to hear allthe other ladies needing to use the restroom and continue to smoke to go outside. "Umm I was using the bathroom Noone wassmoking." I retorted "You could tell me you didn't care, but you can't lie. The smoke was coming out of your stall. It's rudeand selfish." I then left. I thought the drama was over as I saw them leave the restroom and take a seat near the restroom. Wethen witnessed a moment when my mother of a teen mode was triggered into almost insanity, as I saw a sloppy young teenageMcdonalds worker scream and berate a co-worker 35-40 years her senior in front of customers.
