Ordered online, said my $35 meal would be ready at 6:25. Got here at 6:25 and haven't even started my food. They tell me that... they are out of fresh mozzarella. I paid $6 for this and didnt get it credited back. They just "put extra shredded mozzarella onit". Its now 6:44 that I'm in my car writing this review. They didnt say sorry, try to make it up, or even acknowledge that Ihad to wait even longer for my food. Not mention how slow they move. Like sloths. Read more
The staff here was great. Very nice and informative. They were working on a big order when I came in and they promptly advised... that it would be a minute and I was welcome to wait. I waited and watched them fill a big order and they were quick. Veryproficient at their jobs. They were quick to make my sandwich once it was my turn. Will definitely be returning here. Read more
Got a foot long meatball sub. The girl-blonde headed younger, behind the counter put way way to much sauce on it and it was... completely soggy when I got in the car. She then proceeded to squish the sandwich when she rolled it up. Which squished thesauce and meatballs out of the side of the sandwich. The manager tried to fix it but it was still bad. The girl wiped her nosewith her hands and then proceeded to hand me my cup. And I ask for another after she washed her hands. If you think of stopping by here for a good sub, just walk away. I don't know why I keep giving this place my business or... chances to try and have a better experience when I go. Tonight was the final straw. I ordered a meatball marinara sub withcheese and I wanted it toasted. I get home, take a bite of it, and the meatballs were completely cold. I understand that theyare completely cooked, but no one wants to be served cold meatballs, after you asked for your sandwich to be toasted. Granted, Ihave been to different subway locations, and the meatballs are piping hot and delicious. However, there is NO consistency withthis location and it makes me so angry. There is nothing but frustration with this location and I will NOT be back and do notrecommend to anyone. Read more
