Stop here earlier today. Girl come on the intercom said "give me a minute" we waited and she never came back on the intercom. I... have worked the drive thru before and I understand being stressed out and short staffed, but to ignore is very rude when therewas only one car at the window. Read more

I like to go early. Unfortunately I?ll give a simple order of a coffee with cream sugar and caramel swirl. I get it every single... time I go and it?s wrong. I end up with a coffee with 1 cream no suga and no caramel. Poor guys still wiping the crust from hiseyes as he?s trying to remember what he just said back to you. Slower than all hell. I ordered ahead a good 10-15 minutes before I got there, and they still took forever. Just waiting in line... at the drive thru, pretty sure I saw the manager trying to have a cigarette break when the line was out to the road. Read more
