I really wonder why it?s so hard for fast food workers to take a simple order. I ordered hotcakes and sausage. Asked for extra... syrup. I get a bag with just the hotcakes and sausage. No utensils, no butter. no nothing. After already driving away. That?s apretty simple order and doesn?t take much brain cells to complete. McDonald?s makes more money ripping people off with sellingthem pretty much half of what they actually ordered. This happens just about every time I go there and I?ve had it. They getpaid enough to flip burgers and take a simple order- atleast hire people that are competent enough to do their job. Read more
First McDonald's I've been to that doesn't do refills. I ordered a soft drink and got a look from two different employees like... I was an alien when I asked for a refill. I never left the facility and was just finishing my breakfast. The store is clearlyset up to avoid loitering. There are absolutely no self serve items, you have to go to the counter to even get a napkin if youspill something. This is the most unwelcoming and business austere "restaurant" I have ever seen, and I highly recommend youtake your business elsewhere. Read more
I was invisible. went inside to get food. Didn't use kiosk. Was sick of of drive through. a young man took care of a woman in... front of me just for a gift card. He was rude to her. I stood there 5 minutes and the kid just wanted to hang around thefries. The manager didn't care either. she saw me there and even messed with the register next to the one the kid hadproblems with. I remember her from the 80's early 90's ... she don't like her managers jobs go look somewhere else. Read more

Absolute trash. This is hands-down the worst excuse for a "fast food" restaurant I've ever had the displeasure of visiting, a... mistake I'll NEVER repeat again. Image ordering something as simple as a happy meal only to have the clueless tools inhabitingthe building - at $15.00 per hour - forget the drink, fries AND toy that's supposed to be included. Asked for Buffalo sauce &found a BBQ packet in the bag - had to get a refund because it's obvious there's a MASSIVE problem with attention to detailgoing on here. After all, this is FOOD. The stuff PEOPLE PUT IN THEIR BODIES and you can't even get something as simple asputting a toy into a bag right?!?! I'm supposed to trust that level of lackadaisical "effort"? The price of fries is up tonearly $3.00 for a SMALL order and they were undercooked, cold and soggy due to the complete ineptitude of the "cook" operatingthe fryer - I watched her pull the fries and dump them into the hopper a full minute before the timer went off. Do yourself afavor and drive past this pathetic excuse for a "restaurant" - it is extremely overpriced, prepared by clueless McJobbers moreinterested in their phones than service and you'll receive trash for your time and money. Son went inside I went through the drive through. My order was mostly correct but I had to pull over and wait for it. Sons order... was completely wrong. Was so bad he walked back to fix it. The second he walked in they knew and gave him new sandwiches. Plusone. I think they clear their screen far before the customer leaves and forget the order.
