IGNORED at the counter?. Ended up ordering at the self Kiosk.. by myself?.no receipt. Still waited. Not fast food. Not... good. Saturday Management and staff there -plenty. But the drive through cashier was also the only one covering the counter. So I waited and waited. The manager in the back was there. Make it make sense. Read more

When did McDonald's lose there "Customer is right" standards. When did they make it where customers had to settle for whatever... they get and if it is cold or wrong they get annoyed at complain about remaking food. They will even deny special request "aspar of a manager; I am not making that sandwich" Ronald McDonald had standards and a joy of seeing people happy and built abusiness with love and compassion. Are we in such a 2022 state of it is what it is, that we all forget that a Monster Mac mightbe someone's happiness from a tragic day that has been denied because "I'm not doing that!" It is sad to watch thedisappointment on someone's face when they can't order their special request. I wonder if they forgot the value of the RonaldMcDonald House!? Adams McDonald's needs to get their gear in check with compassionate training and how "Special" requests are.That saying NO can legitimately cause a sour moment in what someone "Special Requested" for their Mental Health. This McDonalds seems to be out of things or have the milkshake machines not working more than average but there is an amazing... river right next to it that you can walk down to and picnic on so that pretty much makes up for it and overall the service andfood that they do have available is good. For as much they pay for their supplies and food I think they're way overpriced and I believe their employees just don't take... any pride in their work, and they're over worked and under paid so I could understand and they know that but way over priced forany meals! Clean dining room. Fast and friendly service. Drive through is exceptionally fast. Modernized interior and exterior design with... a good variety of seating and table styles. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Doors have foot pulls to open hands free. Nosalads on the menu. Read more
Very very crowded, which is obviously not their fault. Couldn't use the bathroom upstairs because it had to be cleaned due to... someone had smoked pot in there. Got the best chocolate Sundae's ever, so quality of food was good. The location has greatviews! Read more
I gotta say, normally I dont go to McDonald's. Its always been a bad experience for me. Food comes cold, bad service,... unsanitary, ect. But starting with my bad experiences let me end with an amazing one. I had a huge craving for a spicy crispychicken. Normally when Im served food they are cheap about sauce toppings. Whoever made my order on 11/19 at about 6:50pm youare a real one. They topped it with so much sauce it was dripping out with each bite. Yall are a real OG ???? Read more
