This place is quickly becoming a place to avoid. The employees act like you are taking money out of their own pocket if you ask... for more of something...like today when I made an order for a tuna footlong w/ extra spinach, peppers and black olives. The ladymaking my sandwich put maybe 5 spinach leaves on. And seemed so inconvenienced when I ask for more, she added maybe another 3leaves.... it's a bit ridiculous. When the sandwich was fully made, you couldn't even tell there was food on the bread. I alsogot a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, extra mayo. She put one strip of mayo on and the eggs were still cold. So glad we wasted$20 bucks... This is a consistent thing with this place too. Rude employees and way, way over priced for what they are givingyou. Read more

My husband ordered a spicy Italian 6" and I ordered a chicken salad. The chicken on the Salad had an off green tint and tasted... like rotting tuna with a strong order. The cucumbers on my salad as well as in my husband's sandwich were brown and mooch. Theblack olives were green and slim in them. When I returned my salad and told the manager what was wrong she had the audacity tocall me a liar and said I didn't know what I was talking about. Then proceeded to tell me that because her employee did notoffer us a receipt then she will not refund my money. After being disrespected I finally got half of my money back. There wereno clean tables and the staff used the same gloves for the money after and before making a sandwich, after being asked to changegloves for sanity reasons as well as having allergies. Ordered 3 subs all with extra cheese 2 of them had no cheese. Also ordered 4 cookies didn?t receive them. When I called I got... giggling before oh yeah hey this subway. Said I had the online order it was not correct. She was like well like let me haveyou take to a manager or someone besides me. Another a person came on the phone before I even said a word she said I can?t doanything call tomorrow and talk to Penny. Seriously well glad I got cheated out of money. The staff was amazing and nice. I called in a pizza from their other side and my stomach can handle the grease. So I ask if they... could remove it and the did an awesome job. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and one joked a little with me which mad my daybetter. I also ordered 4 sandwiches and they where made fast and where not messy. I would recommend this store to anyone and thecrew definitely needs some praise for their hard work. Also med pizza was so good at all but two slices in one sitting withoutthinking about it. Customer service was not good at all. Completely screwed the order up twice. The girl taking care of me rolled her eyes and made... a disgusted noise then told me she only works 3 days a month. The replacement sandwich was burned, had zero cheese, very littlemeat... the manager was just as rude when I went back to talk to her later in the day. I ordered a salad online, had my son go pick it up and he brought me back a container of veggies, no lettuce or spinach? how is... that a salad??
