Jacks in Addison has to be the worst place in the county. 7 minutes to order with no one in front of me. Food came cold. 3... people behind the counter, 2 were doing nothing. I won't be back. Read more
My husband and daughter have dietary restrictions that are pretty severe. Jack?s usually has options for them if employees give... the order as requested. Today, my husband was ordering breakfast, and clearly and repeatedly asked for no biscuit. He can?t eatit if it has touched the biscuit. They put the biscuit on top of all the other food. That?s okay. We?re understanding. Ithappens. We just asked them to remake it. The next time the girl brought him back his food with gravy all over it, which heclearly said he can?t have, then she stormed off in a huff. It?s hard enough for my hubby and daughter to have to order food,and they are both nice and hate putting people out. Attitudes like this from employees doesn?t help anyone. If they would justgive out orders as they are placed it would be great, and if they get the order wrong just own up to it, and fix it. Customerservice is dead apparently. Went in tonight and asked nicely if they could please make us fresh chicken,we was willing to wait. The manager I think her name... is Hannah refused to make us fresh chicken even though I explained that I've had cold chicken in the past. She was rude and hadno customer service experience.
