My husband and daughter have dietary restrictions that are pretty severe. Jack?s usually has options for them if employees give... the order as requested. Today, my husband was ordering breakfast, and clearly and repeatedly asked for no biscuit. He can?t eatit if it has touched the biscuit. They put the biscuit on top of all the other food. That?s okay. We?re understanding. Ithappens. We just asked them to remake it. The next time the girl brought him back his food with gravy all over it, which heclearly said he can?t have, then she stormed off in a huff. It?s hard enough for my hubby and daughter to have to order food,and they are both nice and hate putting people out. Attitudes like this from employees doesn?t help anyone. If they would justgive out orders as they are placed it would be great, and if they get the order wrong just own up to it, and fix it. Customerservice is dead apparently. Went in tonight and asked nicely if they could please make us fresh chicken,we was willing to wait. The manager I think her name... is Hannah refused to make us fresh chicken even though I explained that I've had cold chicken in the past. She was rude and hadno customer service experience. I will say I thought this was the best jacks out of the Cullman area. Everytime I went here was great last week I drove... outta my way to get my daughter's dinner. Told them no pickle and no tomatoes she is allergic to both. Also stopped intonight ordered two meals both no tomatoes no pickles and other no mayo come all the way back home and. Guess what. I am reviewing the Jack's in Addison Alabama and I have to say they have come a long way from when they first opened. The food... was great and the people were just super nice and I could tell they wanted you to enjoy your visit and everything you ordered.The building was clean and neat inside and out, I would recommend this fast food establishment to any family, group, or just anindividual that wanted something good to eat.
