Just had beer spilled all over me and now my phones damaged (got it two weeks ago) and they said they can't help because their... sign says no phones on the table.(I looked for this supposed sign and never saw it) Even though it was in my pocket.Furthermore they gave me dirty dish rags to clean up while the person who came over to help just cracked jokes saying "don't getpulled over now. That'll be hard to explain" to say the least. It wasn't funny at all. My phone is essential for my work andschool and I don't have the ability to replace it. The waiter, no issue with her, she was nice. But it's the businessesresponsibility to fix these sorts of things. My mom was in town and Aurelios is always high on the list. Normally we would get delivery from the Villa Park location, but... they aren?t always consistent in quality, and they don?t open until 3 on Saturdays. This Addison location has always been greatwhen we have been in the area, and now we know that carryout is perfect, too. And they are so nice on top of it! I enjoyed the sausage and pepperoni thin crust pizza and the meat raviolis with a vodka cream sauce. My leftover pizza even... passed the next day refrigerator test and was delicious! The service was very friendly granted it was quiet before the dinnerrush. The place was immaculate and well-kept but reminded me of being in a Portillo's. Read more
