I ordered food from here over the phone. They said it would be a 10 minute wait and when I got there they were all looking at... each other's phones and had not even started the order yet. Once they finished everything and I paid the waitress asked me if Iwanted my change (she wanted a tip) I said yes and then they all stared at me as if I shouldn't have done that. I feltthreatened so I decided to leave a tip. Unfortunately I will go back as I love the food at cilantro and it is close to me but Ireally hope people like this don't continue to work there. Ordered for take out via seemless. I was about 10 min early, so expected to wait a few minutes. I stood at the ?Pickup? area for... about 15 as employees just looked at me and didn?t say a word. I finally approached the ?Order? window and asked for my food.The employee put down his phone and said, ?oh yeah, it?s right here?. No comment about how I had been standing waiting? Havingseen the cooking area, was concerned about all the precooked meats heaped on the corners of the grill.
