I recently moved to the area and was thrilled to see a DD down the street. With that being said I will never give this location... my business again. I have gone to this location two days in a row the first day the gentleman at the window was extremely rude,he didn?t even have the patience for me to put my change back in my wallet. The second day, same guy same horrible customerservice. I have been coming to DD for 15 years and literary get the same order daily. Well the gentleman wanted to argue that Iwanted a hot coffee instead of a ice coffee. I have never in my life ordered a hot coffee. I guess as punishment they gave me acoffee with so much damn cream you can?t even taste the coffee. Needless to say I will be taking my money to the Starbucksright next door from now on. I?ll gladly pay an extra dollar or two to be treated with a tad bit of respect and not have someguy be nasty to me. Sincerely, a extremely disappointed customer. Read more
They need to improve on the fresh coffee. Although it has a good location (it's next to the I-355) so you can get off and get... back on quickly ????. Easy in and out of the premises as well. Enjoy your coffee. Read more
Don?t like this place they are rude and don?t even try to make things easier for Uber drivers. They don?t own up to their... mistakes and try to correct it. They have bad customer service. Like I ask for napkins?. But why did they give them to me allcrumpled up like that???? And was told by the Uber driver for Uber eats that they were giving him a hard time. I?m assuming hewas asking for a bag the food. And didn?t give it him? But yea he was struggling to give me everything. I told him I would go tohis car and help bring it in. Lol I know it doesn?t look like a lot. And I?m not trying to knit pick. I?m just trying to letthem know that they should be nice to their customers who?s ordering from them?. And the last time I left a review about them onthe Uber eats app they would cancel my order?. Purposely?.. Instead of owning up to their mistakes and just trying to actuallyget their customers order correctly. Like I?ve worked in the food industry and have worked at a fast paced place. I?ve alsoworked as a barista and if I messed up on someone?s order I would correct it. Not hard at all. And if a customer left a reviewhow to make the service better? My fiancé ordered a ?pumpkin cream cold brew? but instead we received a regular cold foam and plain whipped cream, I?d... understand if they didn?t have the pumpkin flavoring and just told us straight up. But they just gave it to us hoping wewouldn?t notice. Next time tell our employees to inform customers of low or out of stock items. Read more
100% recommend this location!!! We asked for a huge (1,200 Munchkins) order for an event very last minute and this was the only... location who accepted our order! I had called various nearby Dunkin?s but this location was up for the challenge :) The ownerwas super nice and even gave us recommendations on pickup times to keep our donuts fresh. If you?re just looking to get an iced coffee drink, this location is fine, but do not order food here. Everything that they... claim is ?baked fresh everyday? is stale and likely a few days old at best. Was served the stalest and most pathetic everythingbagel (with all of the toppings scraped off) and driest egg I?ve ever seen and had the unfortunate experience of tasting, andthen argued with by the person answering the phone that it was baked fresh just hours earlier.
