We ordered a pesto grilled cheese, and they forgot the main part... the pesto. Also it was very dry, the bread was barely... toasted, and the cheese was NOT melted. I had the pesto grilled cheese from another dunkin on north Ave and it was so good fromthere, perfectly toasted bread with melted cheese AND pesto. Oh well. Read more
Not happy with the order I reCeived. Ordered iced caramel latte and coffee muffin through their app. Not even one of my order... was right I was given regular iced coffee with a drizzle of caramel syrup and powdered donuts instead. It?s terrible enough thattheir new point system in their new app update is the most stupid thing that they ever did. Read more

It?s pathetic! This location has been opened long enough to now know it?s needs. There should be no reason that by 11am you?re... out of things that are commonly bought. Like bagels, muffins, croissants, even donuts. This is happening so often that you haveto go here with a back up of what you want. Management really needs to get on the ball. And they need to put more employees onshift because sometimes the waits are way too long. Or just shut down and just be a regular gas station! Edit. 11 months laterI tried to give it another chance. The place got worse. People, stop coming here so the place can just shut down! Jeez. Findanother place to go to. One employee handling everything, drive through and inside 15 minutes to fulfill an order and it?s asanitary nightmare. On 10/2/21 around 8:20am I?ve purchased a big box of coffee and a dozen of donuts. The donuts enclosure had a bee inside, I?ve... asked the barista and she said she didn?t know what to do with it. The coffee bow was soggy I guess with coffee. Se didn?t giveany napkins or stirring sticks, before throwing cream and sweetener in a paper-bag, she removed something sticking to her shoe,she used the same hand to touch everything she threw in the bag. I always have a great experience at this location. I often come here, the staff is super friendly, yes they're understaffed but... they're pretty quick with my orders.
