Horrible. Was in line two at drive thru..lady told me they closed the line.. ok so went around and back to the first line. When... I got to the speaker it was silent for 5 minutes.. I said hello? If I can give you negative stars I would. This place is horrible. The attitude from the drive thru reps are ridiculous. They... advertise the rewards and on the menu but told me they don't when I got to the speaker then had an attitude taking my order. Entrance has 24hr drive-through sign. Online they show open till 11pm. Went to drive-through 10:40pm. No one answered. Then they... said ?We are closed?. Looked in the window and a looked bunch of kids screwing around inside. I ended up going across the streetto Burger King spent $18 on food for my family. While in the drive through at Burger king 5 more cars pulled up and drove offwith nothing. It?s always THIS LOCATION. IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. False advertising. Poor service. Lost my business. For everyoneelse, if you are on your way home at night and want to pick up food, take your money across the street they will actually haveservice. Read more
It was the very first time I used the McDonald's app to purchase food. It was very convenient and the people at the drive... through were very nice accommodating. This McDonald's has two order lanes, so the lines move through pretty quickly. Read more

I know that right now there is a lot of new workers or that maybe there might not even be enough workers, but this literally... made me gag as I got to the middle of my order today. This isn't even the first time it's happened to me. Both patties were verypink in the middle It's too cold to be going back and forth and requesting something be done about this. You can see in a lot ofreviews now too for this specific McDonald's people arent happy. I don't think I'll be coming back, I'll make the drive to theone in Saint Charles even though the tax there is higher. Read more
Place was not busy. Ordered a quarter pounder W/cheese and a sundae. It took close to 25 minutes for my food. Forgot my sundae.... They gave me a fork and knife for it. Sandwich was horrible. Complete failure from beginning to end. Read more
