Every time I go to this location it?s a problem. My online order is never ready on time and the staff is always rude. Not only... do I not get greeted by any staff members, but I will watch staff members call names of orders of other people but when whenmine is ready, they just place it on the shelf. The staff will literally see me waiting and not even ask if I need assistance.I?ve had this encounter several times and I usually keep to myself and not say anything. This place is okay tasting but super rude. I asked for extra Caesar for the salad and one of the associates making the food said... ?Wow so many calories.? You standard fare Panera for all the items. The crew and the chief at this location are really good, they always try to be extra... cheery, nice and helpful. The gentleman who is responsible for maintenance and cleaning is a gem, a very wonderful guy he is outthere working almost every single day and he does his job with so much enthusiasm and gives it a 100%, a true role mode andsomeone to look up to in his dedication no matter what the job is. There was not a lot of people on this visit and found parking very fast. As for the service, it was fast as well and my cashier... did take our order correctly and offered what my discount was due to my rewards. Used their wifi to do some work and was verycomfortable to be there. Read more
