Somehow I ordered a pizza through the rosatis app and it went to their location instead of my local rosatis. I started on my... local rosatis homepage but the location changed at some point that I was unaware of. I tried to explain this to the manager buthe said I still had to pay because it wasn?t his fault but it?s your app. Then he told me that it?s only 25 dollars and that hehas to explain it to his boss. Look I moved here from Chicago (north side) so my expectations on pizza are VERY HIGH . I?m talking, I?m used to eating JB... Alberto?s , Villa Palermo (the best out there) LET ME TELL YOU, this Rosati?s in Addison is up there on my list. I?ve decidedit?s def the best in Addison. The best! I?ve gotten delivery before but I usually do pick up. The girl up front is so nice too.The staff is great seems like true team work. Keep up the good work rosatis!! My family and I love y?all. I love this place been a loyal customer for years but today just threw me off i went in for a lunch special for myself and my... two kids (The sign out front says jumbo slice and soda) Last week I came and it was $13.50 roughly $14 perfect no problem!This time I go in same thing myself and two kids lunch special and come to find out the soda is not included it's only a jumboslice for $4.50 So I had to pay almost $20 For 3 slices of pizza and 3 sodas i told them every time i come i only pay $13.50 nomore then $14.00 he told me the sign out fornt is not correct i have to pay for the soda with each slice of pizza!!!! I justfind it more annoying at least for me that I only pay $13.50 each time I go in.. but if thats the case the least they can do isput a new sign saying soda is not included for our lunch special...... Best service hands down! I accidentally ordered at their store which is 30mins from my hometown without realizing it. I called... the store, talked to Dennis the manager, told him my situation and he immediately offered a solution. He drove 30 minutes justto bring my order to my front door!
