By far the worst taco Bueno I?ve had. I asked for chicken everything chicken, and I got beef. I haven?t eaten red meat in 7 yrs.... I'm changing my review; Staff has been stirring the bean crust back into the beans, and mixing the dried rice back into the... rice. Please discard the crusty beans and rice and dont surprise us with 'hidden' things. Freshness is your sellingpoint. Guacamole missing - possibly a shortage of avocados, but nobody said so. Read more
$2.20 each for bean burritos that are, literally, 90% tortilla. They're out of Agua Fresca, they don't have cheesecake... chimichangas, and when asked for cilantro, which they have on multiple items on the mBueno? was told they don't have any with alook of contempt. Customer service here is terrible. The girl with the blue/green hair that took my order through the drive thru today was... extremely inattentive and did not repeat my order back. I did not receive a receipt when my order was given and then she triedto act like she had already gave me a drink when she hadn?t and was just standing there looking crazy. My food was cold, beanssmushed to the side of the container, taco barely had meat in it, just horrible. Smh now I see exactly why this location isalways very empty. New staff and new management is very needed here or this place will not last long at all. All the employeesthat work here have bad vibes, they don?t even greet you. The two meals we received were accurate and ordering in the drive up area was not a problem. Our issue was the closed dinning... room at 6pm on a Friday. This seemed odd even in our current environment of ?more services and less employees.? Since we wereable to order through the drive up and received great service I still believe this is a good place to grab a meal to go. Read more
A very good visit to this Taco Bueno ???? location. The dining room was clean, open and airy. Our food was served hot and... tasted good too. The staff were courteous and friendly. Oh, and salsa bar well stocked, clean and fresh. I highly recommendthis Taco Bueno! Read more
