Nasty...not all wearing gloves...not all wearing uniforms...Rude customer service...no thank you...no have a nice day...no one... moment please as we waited in silence when we first pulled up. After saying thank you....no you're welcome in return....Eachtime I visit Addison and come to this location to purchase my mom her favorite...there is something they do not have...noBeyond Meat..."we'll have it tomorrow". The past 2-3 times I have brought my mom while visiting Addison they have been out ofBeyond Meat. This time out of onions too! I will not come again. The Taco Cabana on Montfort is where I will go from now onwhen I want to treat my mom to one of her favorites while in Addison! They are more professional...they even look moreprofessionally put together...staff...building signs... AND...the Montfort location is never out of their stuff!... My mom'snachos were all cold when she got 'em...TICKED OFF I AM...Rice was dry and hard...beans were cold...chips stale... The guy atthe window closed the window while my mom was asking him a question...we got a half wrapped burrito... The only reason I triedthis location again is because the Montfort location's system was down, but I will find another alternate location from nowon...So done! Read more
Katia the manager was great! It?s my very first time at TB as I am from Atlanta. She was extremely helpful and made sure I knew... the ins and outs of what I was ordering . Rice hard as a rock. I ask for sauce and it was not in my bag. I just hate when they say ask for condiments but yet when you get... the order is not there. The tacos were preety good and service was fast. The flour tortillas were amazing. Read more
I started off being's a very difficult customer, the cashier jay was so patient with me while I was trying to make my payment.... Then I had to have them remake my order bc I have a strange reaction to lettuce So he remade my order with no problem. It wasvery clean here, and the workers were very nice about remaking my bowl. I wanted a plate of taquitos and 3 taquitos on the side. Instead they charged me for 2 separate 3 piece orders and added a coke... for $2 even though he said he understood what I wanted and repeated it back saying "plate". Paid more money for no rice andbeans. Then I didn't even get the $2 coke I paid for. Also my wife got a beef bowl and no fork. Won't be back ever. Read more
Stopped by here for lunch. The freshly made tortillas added an extra star for me but I realized that my mixed taco plate didn't... come with the rice, beans and guac as listed on the menu - guess I had to individually ask for the items as my tacos came'naked' from the receipt. I did ask for guac later on. The flavor of the taco meats were good which was a plus and the folksworking here were nice! Read more
Soooo good! I am from Seattle Washington, so I didn't know what a treat I was in for! Steak fajita quesadilla and (from... breakfast) chorizo egg and bacon, OMG! real chunks of delicious steak!?! And the price is crazy affordable. I wasn't expectingsuch great quality based off the price! I was happily surprised and wish I could come back daily! Read more
The last two times I ordered the chicken fajita nachos there was no side of guacamole, sour cream, or salsa. But it is supposed... to have it. 2 different locations did this. I think the restaurants are skimping. Not cool. Read more
