This is the 5 time I and my wife have ordered pizza from the Green Street location and they F'd up the order again; 20 minutes... late on the order! Not to mention the delivery driver wasn't going to correct the order. He asked us to wait until next time toreceive the other part of the order! This morning I came into this Casey's to get a Starbucks drink and that cooler was not looking good. The wire shelving is... covered in mold!!! The last time I got anything from this particular Casey's the pizza was okay but the bread sticks wereinedible. It was like the dough didn't rise so it was super dense and grey and the cheese was overcooked on top. Not to mentionthe order was 20 mins late. Seriously make the less than a mile drive and go to the other Casey's in town. I have never had abad experience with them. Read more
Consistently only have one register open/running while there are 6-8 people in line. The manager really needs to work with their... people on this, as this is a consistent situation and has not proven to show any sort of improvement. The last 3 times I stoppedat this location, I turned around, walked out and went across the street to Kum & Go. Read more

My husband was treated like absolute garbage they yelled when he tried to pick up our pizza, they lost our order after waiting... over an hour for it. They had no pizzas marked and made it seem like it was my husbands fault and after I called about how hewas treated they treated him even worse! Worst service I?ve gotten in a long time. Cashier rang up wrong items, and wouldn?t listen. Didn?t notice the extra items till I... got home. Food was absolute garbage - guy in the kitchen put way too many toppings & sauce on the subs. The sandwiches literallyfell apart & became inedible. Ordered one sandwich toasted & it came burnt and missing ingredients. Called the store - took over10+ minutes and multiple calls to get ahold of someone mind you - and got completely blown off by the guy in the kitchen afterasking to speak to a manager. Next time I?ll take the time and drive to Kwikstar or go somewhere completely different. Nevertouching Casey?s again. Read more
