Expired milk (by more than 2 weeks!) and the milk we bought that wasn?t expired was moldy!

Been shopping here for 20+ years, was always more than pleased with this place... Until our last visit, when my disabled mother... was mocked, slandered and mistreated by the Asst Manager, Kathy. Kathy was cruel to a disabled woman, berating her for notusing the K&G app when she needed curbside service. My mother is elderly and not good with touchscreen phones, and we've neverbeen refused service for not having the app (or even told we needed it.) Kathy tried to claim she couldn't help because she was"the only one there" despite being able to see other employees through the window. We did receive an apology from the young manthat finally did come out, for Kathy's behavior. He was helpful and got the order filled and brought out. I'm sorry we didn'tget his name, though he was tall and slender, with dark hair. When called out on her behaviors, we received absolutely noapology, rather she tried to validate her actions being acceptable because "she has a hearing aid." Having trouble what wasbeing said? That would be understandable, but this wasn't about that. She was defending her treatment of a disabled person asbeing acceptable because she was disabled as well. This place is something else, jalapeños all over the floor, I let the cashier know, she acted like she could care less.... Horrible service & filthy place. She was rude. I would not recommend this location. Read more
It?s by far the best kum & go it?s a little out dated but they work with what they got. The food is always fresh there freezer... is always full and it?s a good environment to be in, the workers are super nice and friendly highly recommend adding this toyour morning routine. Read more

Great customer service. Kitchen is not open from 8pm to 5am.
Has 93 octane. Hard to find in Iowa
