Will NEVER go again. We visited this establishment in Victorville on 10/25/2022 at approximately 5pm and was overcharged $0.30... per burger compared to the displayed price. Burger was listed as $5.99, but was charged $6.29. The burgers we were providedturned out to be inedible as they sat under the heat lamp too long and the buns were rock hard. Absolutely the best pastrami sandwiches on the face of this planet! There prices are a Lil steep if you ask me but on Fridays... they have a really good deal. You can get the Cali pastrami combo on sale! A must try. A+ They also have a family focombo mealfor a reasonable price. You get 4, hamburgers, 4 frys and 4 drinks. This a great small dinner with very courteous staff. I've been here several times over the past two years while on a work... assignment in the area and I can't stay away. Worst customer service ever!!!! Drive thru Line was backed up due to an order being wrong. Employees took soooooo long fixing... the order that i was late back to work and didnt even get my burrito there was no time I had to get back. Called and spoke to aJadira who said the owner wasn't in. I asked for a manager one wasn't in either then this Jadira says, What do you want?Excuse me!!!!! That's your customer service? When I told her I was trapped in the drive thru and 10 min late to work cause theycouldn't get the order right she argued with me saying the woman kept changing the order. LIES!!! They kept screwing it up. Isaid, you owe me a burrito and I'm not paying for it she pretty much said we dont owe you anything. I said I'll see if the ownerfeels the same way. We shall see!!!!
