10/10 Highly recommend! We had plans that ended up falling thru for a birthday and decided to go here. We walked in and asked if... we could bring our presents and cake, we were told yes and received amazing service! Our night went from shabby to amazing. Theyhave wonderful service and food! Brought my family out for a birthday dinner as I've had it in the past it was a great experience a couple years back. looked... forward to it even though it was an hour drive. It took 12 minutes to be seated I kid you not. Service was miserable as it tookover a half hour to order our food and the drinks ordered when we sat down (after 10 minutes of no one servicing our table) tookover 45 minutes to come. Even then one person in our party recieved the wrong drink and it took another 15 for the right one tocome. Food took a literal hour to come out, which was cold so it had to of just been sitting in the kitchen for 20 minutes orso. Fries - cold. Chicken sandwich- cold. Onion rings never came. Burger edit topping request ignored. Seemed the waitressesdid not care as there was only 6 tables and a few people at the bar. Totally manageable but service was the equivalent of thebuilding being slammed. We were there for over an hour and a half and only were checked on 2 times. This was on the 17th ofthis month. I hate writing bad reviews but this experience was totally unacceptable. Kids Mac n cheese was good. About the onlything I can say positively about this dining experience. Read more
So went and did the buffet experience yesterday. The establishment is roomy and clean, servers are friendly. The buffet was a... little pricey ($12), did not see more than 4 types of pizza at a time. Felt like this would be fine if it was amazing specialtypizza but it was simple perhaps 3 toppings. Large salad selection with toppings in case you are a rabbit. Soup was some type ofchicken noodle dumpling, not the most desirable. Overall not impressed, price does not warrant the quality offered. They have a$14 dollar dinner buffet advertised, perhaps better value???? Read more
Terrible service. They have a buffet, only it stays empty. We saw several people walk up to buffet and walk back to their... seats with nothing. No plates and no pizza. Had to ask for a refill on water, she filled it but did not give me anymore ice soit was warm. Just an overall lack of urgency or interest in delivering good service. Won't be back Read more
We got take tonight and choice the mighty mighty meat pizza with hand tossed crust. Tasted great, I prefer your normal crust,... not to thin but no deep dish! It was perfect. Had the perfect amount of meat on it. To many toppings can be overwhelming. Wealso got cheese bread which was great, little over cooked, but the taste is there! I went here with my father not too long ago, and it was the worst experience. We got the buffet, as we normally do, and... everything was wrong. The pizza was cold, and the manager was very very rude. She gave us 15% off, resulting in $4, but my daddid not eat a single thing and all I ate was a salad. We then said we would pay for one since I did eat a salad, and thewaitress got the manager. The manager then proceeded to say ?Well you guys didn?t have to get the buffet. You could have orderedoff the menu? When my dad responded and said ?I didn?t expect the pizza to be cold? AND SHE SAID ?you could have went up andchecked?, and didn?t do anything else. It is absolutely ridiculous. He did not eat yet had to pay for the meal because themanager was entitled enough to act like we were at fault. My Children had a 70th. Birthday party for me in the (banquet room) Sunday Dec 4 They told them we had 24 people coming. I... could not believe they didn't make any extra pizza's for the guests. Charged 12.99 a head. Not even enough pizza for theregular customers. Felt bad for all the people that came. Will never have anything here again!! Salad bar was not in goodshape! Read more
