Most of the food was great, the omelette came out cold on my plate and the sausage patties were a little overdone on my wife's... but the rest was great. ???? The strawberry lemonade was super sour and didn't get a refill on the drinks because it took toolong for the waitress to come back around that we were finished about 5 minutes before she did, but all in all a decent outing.???? Service was excellent. Blt was good, loaded baked potato soup good but not very hot. The young lady I had for a waitress, was... very very good she was friendly she gave me time to look at the menu instead of bothering me every 2 minutes are you ready areyou ready are you ready. Did a Pick-up order tonight... Seriously lacking on quality!! The sides were minuscule and could be eaten in 1 bite!! I called... to explain and the waitress was nice enough to get an extra serving for me to retrieve. Quality has gone down lot. Read more
We ate here yesterday and it was good. Came in today and I have never had such terrible service. These people seriously need to... find a job out of the service industry! I will never go back to this dump! If the waitress wonders why I left a penny for a tip.It?s because I couldn?t find a way to cut it in half! PS. All staff was very friendly our waitress was amazing she was the only one and she kept her cool. I talked with the manager Mike... and let him know how well she did.. I went into this knowing it could be a struggle do to the lack of good help now days. On a Wednesday evening we waited 5 minutes... to be seated with half the tables open. We then waited with our menu?s for at least 10 minutes without being asked what wewanted to drink. Another couple sat down across the isle from us and shortly after we?re greeted by the waitress. We then gotup and went to Culver?s ( where we were greeted and promptly served). The following Saturday morning I place an order online andshow up 10 minutes early. As expected the place was busy. I was asked if my name was taken. I explained that I had a onlineorder. She then moved on saying nothing to me. I waited 20 minutes an then asked to confirm I had an order ( forgot my phone athome) they then pointed out my order sitting over by the door I came in, up on a shelf. We were offered a booth or table (which always matters to me) and seated quickly. Our server was quick to take our drink orders.... They were not overly busy which is always nice. I ordered the rise and shine (2 eggs over easy, bacon well, home fries & toast),and my friend orderd pie and homefries (I know weird combo). Everything came out fast and perfectly cooked.
