Complete garbage. The food, the atmosphere and especially the service. Complete garbage. Came the day they opened and just came... back again today. Feel completely ignored by the bar tender, drink sits empty for extremely long periods, didn't give usnapkins, no silverware, no coster for our drinks, she's taking ordered on napkins... Took 10 min to get a glass of water, ignored for 30 minutes before we could even place an order, had to get our napkins from another table of people because wecouldn't flag down the bartender for quite a while because she just disappeared. Had to sit and wait to eat my appetizer tillafter eating my main meal because of waiting on silverware and the bar tender was missing. My buddy talked me into coming back,what a joke this place is. They aren't even busy and the service sucks. Maybe 15 people total when we came in. I should haverecognized the instant regret as soon as I sat down and just went to Frickers instead where the waitresses don't let my drink godry. Read more
Good food,BUT because we had a party of 6 they stated that we may have to pay the 18% gratuity fee, whether we wanted to or... not. I would have walked out at that point. Gratuity is payed to show gratuity it should not be forced. The young lady did do anexcellent job serving us and the food was good so a gratuity would have been paid anyway....but maybe I wanted to pay 20% or IFthe service and food was pour maybe I would have paid 5%. I had a dine in experience that was amazing, service was fantastic, glass never empty. From when I was greeted at the door by... the host, served by the waitress and even table touched by the manager, everyone was so kind with smiles on their faces. Passing through for travel and stopped for lunch. It's a standard BWW location without much frills. I ordered the chicken... Tenders with fries. They tasted like re-heated frozen Tenders, it wasn't terrible and I digested the meal fine, but nothing togo out of the way for unless watching sports. Read more
Staff seems to take pride in their work. Unfortunately, our order came out cold as if it sat for an extended time. I enjoyed my... meal once I got a replacement order. My waitress was amazing Santos not only helped us get a manager but he was nice and patientwith us when we were not happy with our order. This place is family friendly HANDICAPPED friendly doors nonautomatic Reservations are suggested to do if the party is bigger then 6. Online orders can be done through door dash. Pick uporders are also available as well. Dine in is available but also masks are not required but suggested if you are sick. Thisplace is definitely worth checking into. Read more
I've been to this location several times recently when in Adrian, and absolutely love it! Staff is friendly, great to chat with... and the food has always been piping hot the way it should be. Order accuracy including appetizers has been 100% and the managerJen is always happy to hear positive feedback. As a manager, she's doing something right and it shows with her staffs smiles,friendly service and attention to detail. Even the new servers are on top of their game. With great service I always tip morethan I should, because they deserve it. The only downside is that we usually order too much and get full on apps, but thebright side is that we don't have to cook later. Great job guys! Read more
