Visiting Adrian brought us to this Chipotle after a bad experience at a neighboring restaurant chain that we usually love. ... Spent $62 for four entrees and four drinks. The food station was literally covered in food, I have no idea how it could evenbecome that covered unless no one wiped it down for the entire day. The drink station was absolutely filthy as well and most ofthe specialty drinks were empty. There were no forks at the drink station. Dining room tables were covered in food andgarbage. They appeared to be well staffed and the staff seemed happy and friendly, but the condition of the place wasunbelievable! Never again. We'll be bringing food from now on when we visit. Read more
I paid to have my food delivered via DoorDash. My name was on the bag but someone else's food was inside. I had to go to the... restaurant to have my food replaced, so I wasted my money having it delivered. How difficult is it to match the name on theburrito to the name on the bag? **Edit to add that when I arrived at the restaurant to explain what happened I never got asingle apology, and the cashier had the audacity to laugh about it. If I could give this no stars I would. Ghetto delivery service (aka door dash) brought me this $30 bowl of garbage. This location has gone downhill . They are understaffed, you get incredibly small portions when you order take out . If you... dine in they rarely have enough white rice/steak/carnitas/ or anything really most of the containers are empty, messyworkstations,workers bickering amongst themselves. It looked as if they had just gotten a rush of business they were cooking meat and bagging chips. The workers were polite and... friendly. We got our order quickly. The food was fresh and plentiful! Some of the chips were more cooked than others, but allwere salty and delicious. They prepared all orders to go... odd. The lady's bathroom was clean, but the faucet needstightening. Staff is friendly, dining area is clean. Food is usually of good quality, but I had 4 or 5 orders in a row that were incorrect... or missing items. I would recommend checking your takeout orders before you leave. Read more
