*tried this place again because of good reviews, it is still TERRIBLE* Restaurant staff and owners couldn't care less about... quality or customer satisfaction because there is no competition. Soon I fear, there just won't be any sushi in Adrianunfortunately. Im not sure if the people claiming this is the best sushi they ever ate have ever tried sushi anywhere else.Since this is the only sushi place in town, maybe all these 5 star review are from people who have never left Adrian,mi in theirentire life? ???? It's LOWER than grocery store quality. Arrived at designated pickup time for my order and was told it would bean extra 20 min, then took 30 min while I sat in my car. Not busy at all... Hands down the worst miso soup I have ever eaten.Portions of the soup and the sushi were miniscule... What a rip off. Sushi packet in Pic for size comparison, you're not seeingan illusion, SIX pieces of sushi (an entire roll) are the size of a disposable soy packet. This is laughable. My boyfriend and I were desperate for sushi, we usually eat at very nice sushi places and travel to bigger cities for it but the... pandemic has made it difficult… This is the worst sushi place I have ever eaten at. It’s basically grocery storequality…probably worse. Whole Foods has better sushi than this. I have never gotten sick from eating sushi before and thismade me and my boyfriend sick. Nothing tasted fresh, some fish even tasted bad. What a let down, I was hoping to have a go toplace nearby but I definitely won’t be coming back after getting sick after. Read more

I've eaten a lot of sushi, this place is one of the best.
The sushi is always delicious. Make sure you don't get the bad waitress (the one sitting on her phone ignoring her tables.)... Thankfully the owner picks up her slack. He's a great guy. Read more
Never in my life have I had a spicy tuna roll that is more panko bread crumbs than tuna. And never again in my life do I hope to... experience the same. Would not recommend. The spicy tuna has no spice, and if it even did, it would be diluted by the gummytexture of raw panko stuffed into the roll. They put our sushi on top of our hot items for take-out so it was warm when wearrived home. Read more
