Great local sports bar. Chicken is top notch. Prices are good too. Lots of TVs. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Placed an order online for 4 lbs of chucks with Teriyaki sauce and a bowl of blue cheese with celery. Went in to pay and pick up... order. The 2 girls working the counter did not look happy to be at work, and the one girl didn't who looked to be training theother girl kept looking at her phone (very rude while dealing with customers!!!!!) I asked if everything was there as the bagwas tied closed...the girl said yes. I went to pick up the food and it was super hot so I needed help opening the door. I askedfor help and the one girl looked SUPER ANNOYED that she had to put down her phone and help me. I said thank you and she ignoredme. Fast forward 25 minutes. I'm home and opening food for the family and no teriyaki sauce and no blue cheese. So I send my momback out (as I wanted to stay home with my son as I hadn't seen him all day) She walks in and the girl says "oh yeah we noticedthey got left here so here you go!" Like you could have called me!!! The customer service has gone so down hill here. I havenever felt like such an inconvenience in my life, even my mom said that! The fact my mom didn't even get an apology for thismistake is unacceptable. When you make a mistake in customer service an apology goes a very long way and we received NONE!! Idon't expect to hear anything back from you but I'd appreciate a response in this matter. We are a big family, 14 of us!! I called ahead of time. I just had surgery and trying to find my boundaries with food. There is... alot I cannot eat but everyone else can eat whatever. We sat outside and the kids enjoyed it. We went to celebrate my latemother in laws would be birthday. Their menu is so funny and clever, everyone was joking around with the word play. Ourwaitress, forgive me for not remembering was amazing. She was very nice and did very well taking care of us. The we're very niceto accommodate my food choice. I cannot eat high fats. Unfortunately I tested the waters too much and hurt afterwards but thefood was amazing. Everyone loved the tastes and portions. Even the manager was very sweet and very helpful. I felt so bad forhaving a special request, as that is not me. She wasn't bothered by it and was very much wanting to help me be able to eat. Thenthey both at different times asked if it was OK for me. Thank you. This change is a lifestyle change I am forced to have andthis was my first time eating out and I hated making a special request. I walked in there to get a virgin Bloody Mary, walked out and got stopped by an old guy accusing me of stealing. Asked me for my... ID when I told him I wasn?t drinking and could have a sip of the drink. Super rude and unprofessional, started talking about howhe didn?t want to lose his $50,000 liquor license, after this conversation I walked back in to get my money, bartender would notgive me my money back at first. The juiciest "not greasy", most delicious wings I've had since my Ma use to make them (May she R.I.P). I will be returning it... was an hour drive for me, but well worth it. Their coleslaw...my goodness; will give K.F.C. a run for their money. It's so freshand tasty. Read more
